genuinely a shame. some of the employees here can be rude, especially if you ask about a drink / food you’ve been waiting on for so long. this may be the worst starbucks in stamford just because how slow they are. i used to go here religiously but every time i come, there’s always a long wait with no one else there. avoid mornings until about 3pm and weekends at all costs… the one thing i will say is they hardly mess up my drinks. but, every time i go, someone is complaining about their drink being made wrong.Parking: if you find a spot, it was a miracle

I've been here a few times, it's always super busy. Staff is nice but they have ruined my Peach green tea lemonade every time.My rating has nothing to do with Staff bit Starbucks support of genocide and their support for destroying a a group of people.
I usually have great service at this location but the two girls that close up on Monday nights left us with a not so good impression.They weren't the friendliest in the least.We arrived at 7:56, they close at 8, the doors were already locked and they were just shaking their heads at us telling us no.I get it ppl want to go home, but if your technically open until 8, then you have to serve ppl up until 8.They need to get with the program on this, laziness is no excuse.

I really don't know what has happened at this Starbucks... All of a sudden, it looks horrible inside and outside and very unwelcoming. Shades pulled all the way down, chairs and tables in disarray. Inside a chair on top of a recycling bin and chairs on top of the table. Trash on the floor... We are so disappointed. We're paying a lot for our coffee and once enjoyed relaxing inside and even outside. We came in the afternoon and it wasn't even that busy.

I was at your location today at 11:20am on a Saturday. I have NEVER seen chaos like this before. There were 3 dozen drinks waiting to be picked up at the counter. 10 people in line to order at the counter. 20 people congregated around the pickup waiting for their beverages. Just absolute bedlam!The barista team working here was REMARKABLE. The smoothest operating team I have seen in any location ever. They worked non-stop getting everyone serviced. Engaged with people asking questions. I unfortunately had to wait 23 minutes for my drink, but during that time I was just so incredibly impressed by how well the team collaborated and never stopped working. Great job!

Ask for Bruh to make the coffee and you will have a delight. Cool cat his real name is Andrew so you may see that on the name tag. He gives the place a special feel making everything taste good and a family environment. I recommend a carmel macchiato for the lady and an ice coffee for me the gentleman. Wish this location was near the house, I enjoy stopping by. Peace Mr. Bruh or should I say Andy
