Went downhill used to like this subway don’t know what happened to it. not much of selection in case what was there didn’t look fresh. Music too loud…not pleasant experience

I am extremely disappointed with the way staff treats customers at this specific location and if I could give a 0 stars I would. I have been going there for a while and every time there is a new face and always treating specific customers poorly. I buy two sandwiches and the staff never finish one customer at the time completely before assisting another customer, it shows proper customer service. Unfortunately I have decided to stop going as a customer at this location. For the context I am caucasian and feel extremely hurt that these kind of people still exist (racist). I would hope that the owner of this location sees this comment and monitor and train workers properly to avoid this from happening in the future and losing customer as a consequence. For this reason I don’t recommend this location.

Subway @ 1007 High Ridge Road, Stamford....I ordered lunch on the app. I picked a 20oz bottle drink. When I get there, the employee Nessima refused to give me the bottle and insisted I get the 20oz fountain drink. I explained that was not what I picked. She continued to argue with me- even when I showed her the app. She then told me "take the bottle I'm not dealing with this". On my way out she called me a "cheap bastard". When we called the owner, the owner was told we just wanted him to be aware of what happened. He began arguing that he didn't do it and what was he supposed to do in "this economy". He asked if we were looking for something free. I told him I wasn't looking for anything only to let him know about his employees poor customer service. He claimed we were only complaining to him and were upset because he "is Persian". Just be aware that they care nothing about customer service and are extremely rude. I would give zero stars if possible

awful experience. the food looked old. workers hardly understood english. only two options were working on the soda machine which they told us after telling them and buying a cup. tables weren’t clean either.

Disgusting place I saw this short heavy set lady picking her nose then she tried to do my sandwich with no gloves, I wanna to throw up.....stay away from this place .

Worst customer service ever, super impatient. I asked for Italian herb and cheese, Gave me white bread and says straight face to me it’s called a “regular Italian” for real?? This ain’t my first subway order?!Côme on. Do better.Edit: worker just sits there on their phone playing loud music. Amazing ?‍♂️

Honestly, my experience at this particular Subway has been hit or miss. This evening I ordered three footling tuna subs. It was an easy order because they were all exactly the same. The sandwichologist on duty made three of the most pathetic subs I had ever seen. They were all so chintzy, like something from Weight Watchers. Thank God she didn’t see the coupon I had or she would have made them smaller. I did not give a one star rating because I’ve purchased from this location before and the subs were nicely made. I didn’t feel like I was on a diet like I did this evening. Subway is very good (usually.) In the future I’ll make a mental note of who the “sandwich artists” are so that I don’t get rooked.

They don't care when they make mistakes, nor do they care to rectify them no matter how small. I asked the associate for a kids meal and was not allowed to take the juice and applesauce that was suposed to go with it the associate despite she admitted to hearing me ask for the MEAL did not care to ring me up for it, and had an I don't care aproch to the situation in general. Furthermore when I was trying so solve the issue the associate said "what do want me to do" like the small order of a child's meal and a 6 inch sandwich was to much for her to be bothered with. But the thing that really got me was she wrapped my daughter's sandwich for the child's meal.

The experience was horrendous and pathetic to say the least. I did not expect such customer service from Subway.I had initially called the store to place an order so that I could pick it up later. The lady on the other side of the phone refused stating that she was attending a customer and that I should place the order online.I placed the order online (Order #2A055FBD-33), made the payment using my Credit Card and the pick up time was 2:20pm. I reached the restaurant 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time as it just is a 5-10 minute walk from my work place.When I went in to collect the order, the person at the counter refused the delivery stating that the order was already handed over. On questioning whom the order was delivered to, she said was it was delivered to the correct person. I further asked how she identified if it was the correct person to which she said "he showed it to me on the phone". All the questions asked further were answered with the same reply "I delivered to the correct person"It amazes me how she could identify the correct person when the online receipt and the credit card used to make the payment was always with me.I requested to speak with the manager and she refused to involve the manager stating that she has already spoken to the manager and there was nothing that can be done. She asked me to place the order again and make the payment. This is nothing by scamming the customers of their hard earned money. The arrogance shown by the the lady was out of the roof. I will make sure I leave the worst possible review on all the social media handles.

Have been going here maybe once every two weeks for a quick dinner for my son. Went today and the worker was a long haired male, hair hanging over his face. He made two sandwiches, seemed confused about the menu, but most disturbing was that he kept pushing his hair off his forehead while making sandwiches. Gross. A couple came in to order while I was waiting and actually left after witnessing this. Left without leaving a tip - obviously - and threw sandwiches away. Went to Mike's Subs up the road. No excuse for this. Disgusting.

The site should update their working hours on the website. I came all the way to this subway because it stated they open at 8:00am on Wednesdays. However, when I got there at 8:48am, although the door was open and the lights were on, they told me they were closed and open at 9:00am. I drove all the way there for nothing. Not pleased about the inaccurate schedule/information displayed on their website.

I like this subway, the food tasted nice and fresh. I enjoyed my sandwich. However with the current pandanic I won't feel better it all the lettuce, roommates, meats, and all the other choices were covered!Thank you

SUBWAY is always reliable for me, good ingredients and fresh taste, one of the best and healthier fast food options. This location was a life saver avoiding traffic during the holiday, with joyful staff that was kind to us and our baby, and happily served us. Very thankful.
