I am very particular about which Subway's I go to and this location is my long-term #1 go to. The manager Jenny is a shining star. She creates a warm, welcoming environment and maintains cleanliness while providing each guest with exceptional customer service.

The sandwiches just taste better here because they are made with love & care, with you in mind. She truly goes above and beyond for her customers and helps them find the sub that best fits their taste buds AND their budget! This location sets the standard for what all Subway restaurants should be like.

I ordered 10 footlong sandwiches (work lunch) and in the store I ordered 5 more. Cause obviously there is a limit in the app. They accommodated me beautifully and very efficiently. I have received complimentary cookies and they were nice enough to bring the order to the car for me. Everyone was very attentive and smiley.

Two rude ladies ruined our experience. Not only were they rude, gross, and entitled from the very beginning. I found chuckles of mold in my ice. When I went to ask if I could please have a bottle drink instead. They got offended and started arguing with me. Establishments like these make me so upset. They should give jobs to people who really WANT and NEED them. Not entitled women who are ungrateful like this. Subway. Do better.

I payed for 2 sandwiches and footlong cookie turns out after I have already payed they don’t have the footlong cookie. I didnt ask before because she said she would take it out after I pay and then when she tells me there isn’t anymore. The coworker asks if I just want 6 cookies instead. I said no thank you because I just wanted to try the footlong cookie but an older lady comes out and says what’s the point of not getting the 6 cookies with attitude I say because I just wanted to try the footlong but I said it’s okay I’ll just take my money back. After I say this she says something under her breath. I didn’t hear what she said but it didn’t sound positive. She was even getting mad about me asking if she could give me the money back on my card instead of cash and she said that’s no she can’t and for me to just go back and sit down. This same lady always gives me attitude but today I was fed up because it had to do with my money. One time I came and asked for spinach on my sandwich and she made a disgusted sound and said “ill spinach that’s nasty”.

I never order food went to go wash my hands. And then order this was at 1245 oct 4 25 this Spanish girl was so rude we don't let you have the key til you order. Subway needs to train better oh and I'm white will never go in there again

Ordered subway to pick up at 7:50pm.
Tried to use the bathroom. They said I cannot use it because they cleaned it. I asked the business hours and they say they close at 10.
I mean... I dont know.. the restaurant was clean... the guy at the counter seemed nice but... cleaned the restaurant few hours early and because they just cleaned... I cannot use the bathroom...? Wth...???

Watch your totals and receipts. I was charged a 25% tip automatically when I didn't authorize. Then the Owner/manager got angry when I asked to her to take it off.
