I really like subway sandwiches. But the customer service here is terrible. Only an Indian or Arab lady is very friendly. The others always don't want to attend.

Bread seemed day old. The free cookie (settled for oatmeal) seems stale as well, no choc chip available and one cookie on the shelf looked in pieces. Ms. Personality there does nothing for the store. She must hate her job. When I presented my $3.99 sub coupon along with the free cookie coupon, she said, "date, date". I said, excuse me. She said, date! I figured out she wanted me to verify the expiration date on the coupons. Couldn’t she do that? I told her 12/31, just received them in the mail. Will never return to this store. Jersey Mikes is right up the street. All meats sitting in the bins as usual. What's with the fresh sliced advertising. Do they mean sliced in the morning before start of day? Perhaps.

I came last when I am writing this and the guy that was on shift 9:30-9:45 on 11/10 was very inattentive because he had his Bluetooth earbuds on. It was very awkward as he was not completely listening. It gave an uncomfortable vibe as for a second I thought they were closed because it was so quiet. I asked for ranch on my foot long but he wasn't even listening as first he asked if I said mayo then chipotle sauce. If you're coming to this Subway at night, be aware of a ride employee. Food was good but the service ruined it for me

If I could give a zero then i would. Customer service was very poor. They had my uber driver waiting for 20mins, and when i called they had me waiting on the phone without muting it. The employee had an attitude with me when asking about my order.Then when it finally came, my doritos were better than the sandwich.

Let me start by saying I would give them zero star if possible. I've eaten there before and the sandwiches have always been made as if they didn't like working there. But that's never really bothered me. What does bother me is that when I come in at 10:30 a.m. and the woman doesn't greet me for almost 10 minutes. I would understand if they were busy. But I could hear you doing dishes. Again, maybe wrapping up what you were doing when I initially came in is logical. What isn't, is making a paying customer wait for 10 minutes before you even greet them. So I just left, needless to say I will not be back. I'm sure she doesn't care and Subway doesn't care either. I just wanted to get my frustration out there. I hope this helps somebody, by not eating there.11 High Ridge Rd.Stamford, Ct.

The experience was horrendous and pathetic to say the least. I did not expect such customer service from Subway. I had initially called the store to place an order so that I could pick it up later. The lady on the other side of the phone refused stating that she was attending a customer and that I should place the order online. I placed the order online (Order #2A055FBD-33), made the payment using my Credit Card and the pick up time was 2:20pm. I reached the restaurant 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time as it just is a 5-10 minute walk from my work place. When I went in to collect the order, the person at the counter refused the delivery stating that the order was already handed over. On questioning whom the order was delivered to, she said was it was delivered to the correct person. I further asked how she identified if it was the correct person to which she said "he showed it to me on the phone". All the questions asked further were answered with the same reply "I delivered to the correct person" It amazes me how she could identify the correct person when the online receipt and the credit card used to make the payment was always with me. I requested to speak with the manager and she refused to involve the manager stating that she has already spoken to the manager and there was nothing that can be done. She asked me to place the order again and make the payment. This is nothing by scamming the customers of their hard earned money. The arrogance shown by the the lady was out of the roof. I will make sure I leave the worst possible review on all the social media handles.

Many restaurants in this area are closed. After a long 10 hour drive, it was great to find this Subway open on boing day and later in the evening. Sometimes you just want to know what you are going to get and Subway does not disappoint.
