I have just driven past the Springdale Hope Street Subway and see its windows papered over. Apparently it is closed. I hope so. I agree with the other reviewers that the help was far from the best; rude and bristly. When paying good money for a sandwich, one deserves at least a smile and a thank you.
I have been doing business with this particular store for many years. It used to be the only store open after my Saturday night band gig at 2am. So it started out as convenience. But, after a ten year hiatus, as I had moved out of town, I came back, and upon visiting the store, could not have been more disappointed. The help, as I said, was rude, but it was more than that. The bread was stale, the proteins chancy. The last straw came when I tried to use the rest room, only to be rudely told that it was closed.
Subway is clearly going the way of so many ‘mature’ establishments. They have grown complacent and obviously don’t care about their customers any longer. Strangely, it seems that they don’t care about making a profit either.
I wish them well in the company of Boston Market, TGI Fridays, Sears, and all the other companies who thought it wouldn’t happen to ygg HR rn.

The customer service is always the worst. You come to buy something and you don't deserve to be treated badly. Every time I've gone to buy something, I've always been served by a very rude man. Truly terrible service.

Went there, and unpleasant gentlemen shook his head when I came in like he did not want to serve me. He then Proceed to in mop the floor and had me waiting for him. I left. If he does not want to work, he should not be there. Hopeless service.

Don't go here. Just don't. There's always the same unfriendly, unfit for service industry gentleman that works there. Not at all helpful or friendly. Tried the curbside pick up. Nope, No one came out. Tried calling, got hung up. Wouldn't be a problem usually, but I hurt my ankle so the curbside was the selling point of this transaction. I walked in, had to yell to get anyone, since there were no visible workers. Asked what happened w curbside, the guy unapologetically said "I'm alone, no curbside", to that I replied, "Then maybe turn that option off for your store". No response. No apologies.
If all that wasn't enough, I start on my sub, which the bread was so stale my jaws got a workout, they screwed up the order and never gave me the bacon I paid extra for.
Save yourself. Don't go to this spot. There are local delis in the area and price isnt too far off from Subway. If you're a fan of Subway, find another. I, myself, am going to try Jersey Mike's. I hear it's amazing and doesn't even compare.
GOOD LUCK. I have a feeling Subway will implode like that submersible a few months back...

Very rude employees and a horrible customer service. Also charged us more than he was supposed to.
Went into this location on 4/25. One employee in there and he seemed upset that I came in like I was botheringing him. As I ordered the my sandwich he was rushing me, at this point I just wanted to pay for my meal and leave. When I got to opening my sandwich, I noticed it was not the double meat I had requested and paid for. I will not be visiting this Subway and be letting my contacts know about this location.

I need a supervisor to contact me. Your workers are getting out of hand and I found issues with my food hut none of your workers speak english. I will be at the establishment every day until one meets with me. I work nearby every day and I have all the time in the world.
