Went here with my niece over the weekend. Flavor choices were great, place was clean. At first I thought it was a bit expensive - but the generous portions made me rethink that. I wish they were a little friendlier though.
Love this place! Literally been there 3x this week for a Oreo milkshake.
But unfortunately I just had a bad and uncomfortable experience as I went there 15 minutes before closing and the employees was giving not but attitude.
I get it, is almost closing time but there was another 2 other costumers in line and the vibe was “you’re not welcome”…
The girl took my milkshake cup to into the back which was odd never happened before and made it a little...

I recently visited Sunny Daes for the first time, and I was impressed by the quality of the ice cream. It was delicious and clearly made with care. However, the service didn't quite match up to the same standard. I understand that it can get busy, but it's important to maintain consistent and friendly customer service. Instead of feeling rushed to make a decision, a little more patience and attentiveness from the staff would greatly enhance the overall experience.
