The set up made it difficult for her, but she worked it out like a pro. No one would’ve known that she did not have a full kitchen to work with. It was my misfortune to have engaged Susan Kane for a Commitment/wedding ceremony in July. She arrived very late. She knew my party was set to begin at 1 pm with a ceremony before 2 pm. The bar was not set up by the time ny guests arrived and no food was available until almost 1:30. I had chosen some pricy passed hor d'oeuvres like mini lobster rolls and wagu beef sliders. Most of my guests never received any of those and were surprised to learn they had been passed. There were maybe 30 to 35 guests. I had contracted for 50 people so there was no excuse to run out! My special day was perfect: the weather, the music and the flowers! But definitely not the food. The crepes were served cold and rubbery and I was shocked that for whipped cream; a can of ready Whip was put on the table! It was incredibly unprofessional! And Susan became hostile when I became critical of the many mistakes by her and her staff!
