They did not have good food and also whatever we ordered we did not get and they were trying to go back and forth about the order and they lied about the delivery person that he was not there and he had a delivery faraway. Not good service was not great I order to go somewhere else the quality of food is better and less money. Sorry never again.

Please do not call yourself an Indian restaurant. Samosa - Vada Pao ordered were made from frozen that we can buy at Patel store. I can even tell you the frozen food bran used. Never delivered the whole order.

I never order food from this restaurant.This is second time, same experience. Very worst. I ordered for a spicy biryani, in the box they simply added 1 tablespoon of raw chilli powder. Also food is not prepared fresh. Seems its leftover from yesterday. IAM BLOCKING THIS RESTAURANT FROM MY APP, ALSO I WILL SAY THIS TO MY FRIENDS CIRCLE IN STAMFORD, NOT TO ORDER FOOD FROM THIS RESTAURANT.

Excellent food! I was here for sunday buffetEach and every item was freshly prepared and delicious. Menu included many items. I tried noodles, babycorn Manchurian,pav bhaji, chole bhatura,chicken kababs, chicken biryani, chicken tikka masala, goat curry, fish curry. This is just a half of their actual menu. Goat curry was at its best! Never had such delicious mutton curry other than my mom's.I totally love this place. Can't wait for more Sundays!Adult buffet ~$17Kids buffet ~ $11

I wish I could have given 0 stars here. We have been eating at Tagara since last 3 years and it used to be one of our favorite place to have Indian cuisine....ordered food from there for most of our parties and gathering but sorry to say since they merged with Tawa, food quality is worst and not worth of a single penny ? don’t waste your money on this so called chefs who doesn’t know how to cook basic pav bhaji even...we ordered Chinese soup and it’s literally bowl of OIL with just garlic and few noodles. Worst food we had in our life...done with you Tawa/Tagara....total money suckers ?
I ordered the chicken schezuan noodle and chilly chicken, the noodle just had an extra color the chicken in both the noodle and gravy was uncooked,stale and very chewy. They took extra time to get my order ready and this is what they served, terrible experience.I also tried their chicken 65 and chicken Rogan Ghosht, the 65 was not at all the recipe, they had onions and peppers like chilly chicken. Also the curry was an overdose of cinnamon.

Wish I could give 0 stars. We ordered for Chefs special tandoori chicken which is mentioned as whole chicken tandoori for $19.99 in the website. We received 4 small pieces of a chicken for which they charged $16.99 ( whereas the website says 14.99). When we called them they say that they only have this tandoori chicken. When we complained that it’s a rip off as 4 piece chicken for 16.99 doesn’t really make sense. They say the price on the website is yet to revised. They do not have the courtesy of apologizing. So people please do not bother going to their website.Definitely not recommending this restaurant.

Horrible overpriced undercooked food. I had ordered chicken lollipop and chicken kohlapuri these dishes are supposed to be spicy instead I got horribly sweet dessert version of these dishes. I will never get food from this place again.

The food was tasty but Chicken tikki masala was unlike any had before. No sauce, dry but flavorful. Had ordered a chicken kebab dish as a second as we didn’t want two saucy items so overall a little dry. We usually go to Coromandel in Darien but today is Monday so they are closed. Portions WAY smaller than Coromandel.
