I enjoyed the food very much and it was definitely a good place to go and spend time with family. Sometimes it takes a little while to receive the food and that time they messed up everyone's order. So, after paying that price, I give a 4 out of 5.

Terrible service. 20 to 30 minute wait and a reminder for drinks (we ate at 4p, restaurant almost empty), burgers well done, not rare as ordered and waitress never once came to table to see how our food was. Food fair. Will not return.

The food was on point and the waitress we had was so amazing. she remembers all our orders with out writing it down. plus the general manager came out to speak with us. five thumbs up for the cheesecake factory in Stamford CT.

Just ate here with family. I've been to plenty of Cheesecake's and the food was on point every time except this time. One of the plates were warm. The rest of the dishes were just ok and wasn't memorable. Was very sad and there was no point in trying to switch them and wait another 20 mins. But I will say the manager was very kind and talking to us and removing some of the dishes for us.

The food at this cheesecake factory in Stamford was way better than the meal i received at 1 ridge hill, yonkers ny location. I decided to give the cheesecake factory another chance, but not that location after being mortified and disgusted with the food and the service I received. I would have given that place 0 star if i could have, worst birthday ever in history.
When will I learn to not order take away from this place. Line out the door for pickup. Nobody dedicated to just reading out names of orders that are ready, would really clear things up. Been waiting almost a half hour to get to the front of the queue

Loved eating here. My waitress Anita was awesome and soo nice. I had chicken Alfredo with a mango key lime cheesecake. Food was great. The only thing was that it seemed like there was some tension going on with the employees, which was kind of unattractive for the place. Other than that, this is a perfect place for date night

While I’ve only been to this Cheesecake Factory once (for a pickup order), it was enough to deter me from going again for a planned dine-in experience with my fiancée and my parents.

Service was slow for it not being busy. My 4 year old niece found a long strand of hair in her fries and waitress didn't even apologize. Went to order cheesecake to go and stay ignored is for over ten minutes. Won't be going back.
