Granola Bar food is solid but this location is the slowest location ever. Constantly understaffed, they have 1 person taking orders, making coffees and giving out online orders. That’s insane. I waited 45min for pickup order that initially said would be done in 15min. For prices they are charging they should be able to hire more people. And this is not the first time I am experiencing this so obviously it’s a pattern.

Over priced food for basic items and they don’t even taste good… super dissatisfied never knew you could make a bad bacon egg and cheese sandwich. No flavor and they over cooked the bacon, my bacon was like eating a chip hard a brittle.

I originally came in to try the granola but opted in for the avocado grilled cheese instead. The barista seemed unsure which granolas were nut/coconut free and it just wasn’t worth the risk. The chai and sandwich were great and overall the experience was okay. The limited seating that was available outside was wet and not welcoming. Definitely a grab and go kinda vibe.

The food here is great, but the service has been really hit or miss. Recently, we received an order where we were charged for customizations that we didn’t receive. After we called the store, the manager assured us a refund would issue, but it never happened, and follow up phone calls were just a waste of time as he wasn’t ever there. Eventually, we had to initiate a dispute with our credit card issuer, which was a huge pain.

Came here for lunch today 8/27, waited 30+ minutes for our meal and ended up leaving before we could get it. App states 15 min waiting period, about 10 customers who came in before us got their meals. People in the front were nice but something is obviously very wrong with their service. Waste of time.
