The food here is great, but the service has been really hit or miss. Recently, we received an order where we were charged for customizations that we didn’t receive. After we called the store, the manager assured us a refund would issue, but it never happened, and follow up phone calls were just a waste of time as he wasn’t ever there. Eventually, we had to initiate a dispute with our credit card issuer, which was a huge pain.

Came here for lunch today 8/27, waited 30+ minutes for our meal and ended up leaving before we could get it. App states 15 min waiting period, about 10 customers who came in before us got their meals. People in the front were nice but something is obviously very wrong with their service. Waste of time.

I have no idea how this place has a rating of 4, it could be the worse meal I’ve ever eaten. Microwaved rice and chicken with not even the slightest bit of flavour and it cost $26 pick up and it wasn’t even ready when we arrived. Absolutely terrible. I have no idea why anyone would want to eat here.

The Granola Bar “to go” meaning there is no seating inside or table service has 18% tip as its first option for gratuity. Then 22% and 25%. This is for takeout. Why are we tipping for a product we haven’t had yet to deem worth tipping. The prices are already very high which would mean they can afford to pay a reasonable wage but are likely expecting tipping to make up for their profit making cost cutting on wages. Not going back.

We got overcharged on a simple menu item and it took about 20 minutes to make 2 parfaits. I did get served after several people who ordered after me as well. I'm not sure what I did to rub them the wrong way in my short interaction. Food was so so. Probably won't go back.

Great food great people outdoor seats and the best parking lot
First time there besides doordash orders. The people who work there were welcoming and friendly. I got the crunchy Elvis. Super tasty and fulfilling. Will def go back to try more things.

This facility grossly uses hikvision cameras which have been sanctioned by the us gov for actively violating your privacy including corporate espionage violations. High profile individuals, espcially those weary of China, need to steer clear. Thats the most important thing to know about visiting here.Too bad cute place otherwise with a few options for varying diets

My fiancé and I come here once per weekend to get coffee and breakfast and see our favorite employees, Angie, Maddy & Gary. These folks make it such a great way to start the weekend/morning and the coffee and food are always great! Would highly recommend checking this spot out if you are in town looking for a great start to your day.
