Customer service was horrible. Usually go there here and there , but one night they got my order wrong and the cheff lady blamed me and yelled at me and tried to force me to pay for it . She also started yelling at her co workers to stop talking to me because I was explaining to them I didn't want to pay for something I didn't order in the first place . Usually I have a good experience, but this one still leaves a bad taste in my mouth the way she shouted at me sayin I was the problem . Otherwise the food is good . Pizza on point . She clearly said customers isn't always right, which I think she's wrong .

I got a Too Good to Go bag from them for $6. The pizza was some of the worst I've had in Stamford and they only gave 2 middle school cafeteria sized slices. It was so disappointing and honestly a ripoff. I will never go there and will vehemently refer people to much better pizza places such as Remo's, Planet Pizza, or even Domino's. I really hope there was some confusion with the person who prepared the bag, but the quality was very poor. There's too much good pizza to waste your time there. If you're in the area, go to Garden Catering or Sha`s and get your monies worth.

Not sure how Pappas only has 3.8 stars, literally. When I say this I mean this in the most literal sense; it's gotta be thecustomer's..Army brat that has lived in 2 domestic homeless shelters, Eurasia, the USVI, & I am still cognizant enough to recall the Gelato I tried in Italy as a child. This is the best pizza to me in Stamford! Excited to tap in more once I alleviate myself from poverty.Parking: It is a one way lane! However if or when you arrive, convenient parking may also be available.
First timer! And I am amazed! The gyro is just like I remember when I lived in Astoria all my life! Real gyros! And the Greek salad had real feta! Not the feta that tastes like plastic! Not to mention the tisiki, not to garlicky and absolutely delicious and so fresh! Real Greek yogurt not that container stuff ! And the personal pan plain pizza was fantastic! Totally 5 stars! Just order early because delivery is awhile! But buy then you'll really enjoy the authenticity of a true classic Greek restaurant! The best! Really authentic and so delicious! Thank you so much for a wonderful dinner!

I've only ordered pizza slices here so far on three different occasions. Pizza has always been hot and tasty. I fully plan to order while pies in the future. Been very happy with their service from the cashier to the person at the oven.

I usually get a small cheese for $8, today they unapologetically charged me $16 for a small cheese with hot oil. How is the hot oil possibly as much as the small cheese?

This place was disgustingly dirty! I ordered my food and then went to use the bathroom I wish I did that first! The bathroom was unhealthy dirty for a food place. The toilet was covered in pee and black mold, the faucet was eating its self from corrosion and mold. In order to flush I had to manually fill the tank and then manually had to flush it as well there was no top on the tank so I’m going to assume this has been that way for a while. The only roll of toilet paper was wet from the dirt sink because the couldn’t be bothered to put it on the holder. Came out to realize all 3 people that were touching the food,register, and trash were not washing their hands or using gloves. I checked my pizza before leaving I got multiple slices the stacked them in the box with wax paper in between which pulled cheese of 2 out of 3 slices. Made it only worse that there was so much grease it was dripping out the box I wish I took photos before I left. This place needs a health inspector asap!

The old lady is very rude I think she is racist because when I go there I lowkey get ignored and receive unpleasant stares and attitudes, especially from her the (old lady) I think she might be the owner or wife of the owner. And it's for no reason at all one time I was waiting for them to take my order and a white person who just came in and got assisted and acknowledged before me. They acknowledged their presence as soon as they walked in and took care of them before me. My black friends felt the same when they go so we stopped going there. Even though they are right across the street from our dorm and the closest pizza spot nearby. I'd rather go somewhere furthe. I even order pizza for delivery and pay the fee then to walk across the street and deal with that. Part of owning a business like this is customer service.
