Friendly and efficient bartenders, good live music, and a good crowd (at least the night that I was there). The beer list was ok, but the bar is definitely geared more towards party goers than it is beer aficionados.
Tiernan's is a Stamford staple. Don't be surprised when you walk in on a Monday or Tuesday and the bar is packed! Darts, weekend bands, incredible food and the drinks are very good.
Nice spot to stop for some good tavern food and a pint. Lauren and Kelly are outstanding bartenders and it's a fun place to hang. Dart boards are a big hit. Try it. You'll like it.
