I purchased a $100 gift card in JANUARY. I have called multiple times as the order still shows "pending fulfillment". Have never received a call back, nor have I received the gift card. $100 down the drain. Terrible customer service and very frustrating for them to take my money and not give what was purchased.
I simply love this place. My yummy mocha with a great homemade chocolate syrup.

Good coffee, cheaper and less pretentious than Lorca. Wish it was closer to downtown
good coffee, delicious croissant, but it would be good to pay attention to cleaning.

Any coffee shop with the option to have your flat white/lattes in actual mugs speaks volumes to how much they care about making genuinely good coffee. You can tell why they have won all those awards as their machines are dialed in well, the espresso is strong and flavorful, and they make their own syrups in the store. Would absolutely recommend this to friends and family.
My wife and I love to pop in here, grab a cup, and do a crossword puzzle on a lazy Sunday morning. Great vibes, great service, and its never so busy that you can't get a seat.

Periodically, I buy a bag of their coffee, which, when I make it at home, tastes very good. When you buy a bag, they give you a free cup of coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee they hand you(same kind I buy) is very weak and thereby unenjoyable.

One of our go-to coffee shops in the area. I've never had an issue with the service like others mention, it's always been prompt and kind.
I usually just grab a vanilla latte but every so often they have a tasty specialty so make sure you don't sleep on those (they even make they're own pumpkin sauce for that drink).

My partner and I occasionally get the gluten free breakfast sandwiches here and they’re really solid. I appreciate that they are careful about cross contamination. Their matcha lattes are really high quality. The coffee is also great.

I’ve been to this coffee shop twice now, and both experiences were disappointing. The first time, the barista wasn’t very friendly, but I didn’t really care. However, my second visit was absolutely unacceptable.
From the moment we started ordering, the barista already seemed annoyed, like we were inconveniencing her. Then, while I was there with a friend and her baby, the baby barely touched the top of the glass that covers the muffins, and the barista rudely snapped, “OMG, stop, she’s making a mess.” Seriously? This is how you talk to customers, let alone a baby? If she had actually touched the muffins or anything else, we would have gladly paid for it, but that wasn’t even the case.
If you hate your job so much that you have to take it out on customers, maybe it’s time to quit. Her attitude was unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. I’m honestly shocked at the lack of basic courtesy here. I don’t know what kind of people you’re hiring, but it’s clear customer service isn’t a priority.

bad bad barista !!!! She’s so rude and told me “that’s all that you paid for” when i asked for a splash more of almond milk after she made it too dark. Overpriced and rude staff.

Pretty lame. Second time coming here. Last time service was slow. This time it was non existent. We stopped in eager for a coffee. No one at the counter. Waited about ten minutes and gave up. No one staffing the front. A guy in back working on a food order but no one to cover the front. Apparently a long smoke break? Unless this is a tax shelter or money laundering front it'll be gone in a year.
I really liked the coffee, the service is okay and they are nice but really really slow!
The only problem is the price of the Iced Coffee… you are charging me 50¢ for ice? And 1$ for alternative for cow’s milk? I get that everyone nowadays charges for alternative but 1$? Never. Nor I will be returning due to this.
I worked in a coffee shop for years and we charged maximum 50¢ and never charged for ICE, specifically when you are using less milk for an Iced Coffee. 1.50$ extra it is a NO for me

Best cortado I've had in years since my local place on Long Island shut down. Friendly folks. Recommended.

Ordered decaf americano but it was undrinkable. Tasted like water running through the coffee ground five times.
