The kid that took our order shouldn't take customers' orders. We asked for Dave's double one with no ketchup and one with no lettuce. What showed up on the screen was A single burger 🍔 we told him we asked for a Dave's Double, and he then, instead of deleting it and doing it correctly, he added on an extra large burger and did it two times. We also asked for 2 small lemonades and two small fries 🍟. He never made them combos he did it all separately. It was insane 😳 my husband told him that he needed to fix this correctly. He asked the manager, and he redid it, but still never made them combos. It's so frustrating.

I have not had your chili for years. I was at your Stamford restaurant this evening what I purchased WAS BEANS IN A CHILI SEASONING there was little left. If no beef. The folks there should rename your menu item to actually depict what you’re selling. Imagine I usually make my own was tired from work all day. I hope you enjoy the same experience
Well Wendy's is one of the few fast food places that are always consistent and the food is always pretty good. I always enjoyed the ghost pepper chicken sandwich. Always great

The customer service of the drive thru two ladies on 11/11/24 is terrible and their rude . Doesn’t ask about sauce, gave me my food with no receipt or drink. I had to ask for my drink and she had an attitude. Then i asked for my receipt and received a straw instead. Very disgusted.
