As long as you use their excellent app, then it is a fine fast food experience. The posted menu prices are outrageous. Think I read that Wendy's prices have gone up more than other fast food restaurants. At this location, the drive thru is ridiculously narrow. Clean and tidy and in a convenient location.

Food was good I love their chilli the only problem I had is the server she didn't listen to me. I was ordering food with no drinks and she rang up the meals. I didn't want the drink she just didn't listen.

I've seen videos of how some restaurants/fast food places use "meat glue" and get their "man made" mass produced lettuce (don't believe me, Google/YouTube it). I've been getting Wendy's salads for years. Today was the first time I was able to "see through" my lettuce and every piece of chicken looked like several pieces stuck together. The texture was also different. Don't know if this is all locations, but West Main Street (Stamford) will NOT see my business from now on! Besides, I've heard other disturbing things about this location. Nope!
The restaurant was so gross that after ordering the food we took it home. What kind of managers allow their restaurant to get so gross. One of the coke machines wasn't working. The employees need motivation this store was a one and done for me.

Not the best. The man taking the order sounded like he didn’t want to be there, we ordered a loaded potato and he gave us a plain. Then the women said they couldn’t accommodate for their own mistake. Which is not true because their main priority SHOULD be customer service. Not acceptable.
