I’m a sucker for independent coffee shops, and this one did not disappoint. The latte, smoothie and sesame bagel we ordered were all very good (and the smoothie made with all fresh ingredients), and the ambiance was so welcoming. Our barista was friendly and helpful. We’ll be back!
If you are looking for coffee that actually tastes like coffee, this is the spot to come to. Never burnt tasting and infinitely better than the super processed corporate coffee you find at most coffee chains.One time a few weeks ago I was having a really, really bad morning and decided to go get a coffee to help turn things around. We were in the area and, We went to Macondo the other day. Lady Angela was working. Greeted us right away. With a nice smile. We ordered a cappuccino and a chocolate crossiant. Both were excellent. Best coffee shop around. Worth the trip there. We will go there again. Wonderful place to go.
