Old Mystic Village, Sat. afternoon for lunch. Very busy but not a long wait to get seated. Seating inside or out. In side at a table or bar seating. Sat down, very busy, bustling with waitresses, doing all the jobs. We ordered the shark bites and the jake pizza. Heard a lot of good things about there pizza. Updating my one star review from 6 years ago. Our initial experience here was not good but we tried it again the other day and the pizza was great. We really enjoyed sitting outside and had a great time. We will try again in a couple weeks and if it was just as good I will make it 5 stars.
It was a very good pizza. Ordered the BVI, which has bacon, tomato, and onion. Was a little bit more doughy than I’m used to or prefer for a wood fired pizza. But still good! They seem to use a lot of good ingredients. Not quite sure why it’s $30 for a 16” pizza though. Lol
