Poor customer service for overpriced product.
Rude customer service. Be aware they don't allow kids to get cones on their icecreams Made my youngest daughter cry because they somehow gave my oldest an ice cream cone on top of her ice cream but didn't hear me ask for the same size and same thing for my other daughter. Then proceeded to tell me that kiddie sizes don't come with cones and made me go back to the other window and pay 85 cents for a cone with her ice cream, all while still telling me "we already explained this...read full review
