I’ve lived in Pawcatuck / Westerly my whole life & always enjoyed it in the past. What they are calling soupy tastes like disgusting unseasoned freezer burned old pork. Never again! 🤢

The pizza lady catered my wedding of 70 people!! They were amazing with delivery the food omg amazing. It either got taken home by people or was eaten the amount of people who came up asking where the food came from I couldn't be more happier on who catered it. 100% will be going there again either to eat or catered!

Ordered catering last Friday and everything was delicious! The menu was fairly priced and the entire party left happy and full. The gentleman with the red glasses who took my order was polite, helpful, made me giggle, and was quite handsome as well! He was very personable! We will definitely be ordering again and hoping to see that papacito again! Highly recommend the Pizza Lady.

We moved to Pawcatuck in Feb of this year. We've been trying your menu for the past weeks and are happy to report that all your food is excellent. The biggest thing is consistency from one week to the next. The sauce is consistently killer, just the right amount of everything. Staff are friendly and will hook you up when you come in. You will not be disappointed, trust.

So... catering plans didn't work out for my youngest girl's birthday party, we found ourselves floundering one day before the party to get food together for a bunch of little kids and discerning parents / grandparents.
Enter Tony at The Pizza Lady, who stepped in with less than twenty four hours and set us up with a KILLER spread at a very reasonable price. Food was amazing (honestly, the kids chicken tenders were delicious.... I didn't know tenders could taste like that), Tony had everything ready for us by 10:30 am, and he was ready to send more pizza if we underestimated how much food we'd need.
I know listeners like when we tell Dad Fails on the podcast, but this was a Dad Win. Solved the problem, showed up with the goods for the kiddo's birthday, Dad Hero Status achieved. Thanks Tony and The Pizza Lady for giving me the cape this weekend!

Catering plans for my daughter's birthday party fell apart the DAY BEFORE the party. Tony and the Pizza Lady bailed us out and provided great food (at a great price) with less than 24 hours to deliver. Amazing. I am impressed, grateful, and fully endorsing Pizza Lady as your next caterer (or movie-night Pizza Party).

Well, one thing that can be said is that this is NOT the Pizza Lady most of us spent the last 35ish years loving. I’ve given it three chances since ownership change. It’s just not the same, not even close. I was unimpressed when I walked in to hear the gal taking orders being absolutely rude to the woman ordering over a simply food delivery question. Lady behind the counter, work on your delivery. Work on your skills dealing with your clients. I’ll be respectful and not drop names. Moving on to my food experience…Our order consisted of a chicken caesar wrap. The wrap was poorly constructed. More like salad wrapped in paper. Soggy lettuce, flavorless shredded chicken. Dressing has good flavor but tossed the rest as I wasn’t going back in for a fork to eat my wrap. We ordered a chicken cutlet grinder for my coworker. The cutlet grinder ended up as a chicken parm, ok mistakes happen. The chicken was only a step or two above the quality of kids Dino nuggets. And about equivalent portion wise to about five Dino nuggets. The sauce was pedestrian at best. Not horrible but not very good at all. I did grab a slice of meatball pizza. It was what you’d expect from a slice that’s been in the warning case. I’m ok with that, sauce is clearly the same as that used in the chicken parm.

The positives, our coke zeros were cold and the deep river chips weren’t expired so that’s a plus.

Going forward, the place is a hard pass. Very disappointing and not even a shadow of what pizza lady once was. Without DT, this place just doesn’t make the mark anymore. Place needs to make a name change as it doesn’t do the long loved Pizza Lady name any justice, simply an impostor.

Peace out Pizza lady. My last visit.

I did catering for a Celebration of Life. Tony was so helpful when ordering over the phone. And even more helpful when we came to pick it up, he carried it all to the car. Not to mention the food was delicious! Highly recommend going to Pizza Lady for catering. Thank you guys

It was ok sauce wasn't it for me and thats what makes the pizza in my opinion and coming from Connecticut I'm pretty particular or compare all my pizza endeavors to new haven.

Absolutely the worst since it was taken over by new owners. Got a sweet sheet pizza tryed to convince myself it was the same . I actually vomited for 24 hours was so sick. Im 100 percent sure the dough wasn't good and the sauce sucked.

Credit card machine didn’t work. I was there 10 mins waiting. Got served my slices with no gloves on and the chick had a cold. Place looks dirty and grimy. NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DIRTY PLACE.
