I live in Mystic and have been going to this Starbucks for years. Honestly, they have always done a great job for me and the one time a mistake was made it was quickly fixed in a very pleasant manner. Anyone who says they are slow are certainly NOT seeing the workers I see. It is a very busy area and the crew, morning or noon ( I don't go in the evening ) are working at a very fast and consistent speed ...been in food and hospitality service all my life and I am impressed....

Everyone here is so nice! Glad they're open again. The store closed for a few days because of heating issues in the building, so I don't really think the 1 star review below is fair. They had signs all over the building explaining why they weren't open during their regular hours, and their hours were updated on Google Maps and the Starbucks mobile app. Not sure what else they would expect them to do, beyond magically not have heating problems in below-freezing weather?

Nice place. But it was cold inside. All the customers kept their coats on. I felt bad for the baristas. But the baristas treated us well and we're able to make everything with our order perfect.
