Everyone here is so nice! Glad they're open again. The store closed for a few days because of heating issues in the building, so I don't really think the 1 star review below is fair. They had signs all over the building explaining why they weren't open during their regular hours, and their hours were updated on Google Maps and the Starbucks mobile app. Not sure what else they would expect them to do, beyond magically not have heating problems in below-freezing weather?

Nice place. But it was cold inside. All the customers kept their coats on. I felt bad for the baristas. But the baristas treated us well and we're able to make everything with our order perfect.

I frequent this Starbucks weekly as I work in the area and cannot say enough good things about how fast they are and how well they handle such high volume. I've been to a lot of Starbucks and never have I been to one as busy as this one. Bravo! Keep doing what you are doing! A+++
