Had a delicious dinner here. We had the burrito and a delicious salad. Dinner and service was excellent. Just a note. This is not a traditional Mexican Restaurant. It’s an upscale Modern Mexican Restaurant where they charge you for chips and salsa. And the menu items are a bit different that I’m used to. I love Rio Rapido so much. I get lunch a couple times a week and am never disappointed. The food is always incredibly fresh and delicious. The service is friendly, quick and everything very reasonably priced. You cannot go wrong with a burrito bowl or my favorite quesadilla tacos.

Decided on a last minute trip to Mystic for Xmas Eve. Grabbed a reservation at Rio Salado and SO GLAD WE DID! Our food was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. Our server, Kevin, was attentive with a positive, upbeat attitude. Can't wait to go back! Rio Saldado is definitely one of our go-to places from now on. Perfect way to celebrate family and good eats!!
