Service here is always top quality. But just wanted to let everyone know that getting one ice cube in your drink costs two dollars. I really don’t even need those two individual dollars, but just the concept of getting a surcharge for that feels wrong. Check the receipt if you want, I’ve blocked out the name of our server and everything because they were great. Thanks

We have been customers since Hops opened. Tonight we ordered take-out & received one order not made correctly, less wings than what comes in the order we paid for and didn’t receive the third item in our order at all. When I called to let them know a male manager was ridiculously rude and unprofessional to the point we will not be returning again.

What a total disorganized establishment this is. Not a fan. Service was crazy, only had one drink because server was inattentive. The one drink I did get was wrong, it was a double shot drink in a 4oz glass. Food was bad. Some false advertising going on, on the menu. I sat there for 3 hours mostly doing nothing but sitting there. Bill came to over $100.00?????!!!!!! Won't be back.

We couldn’t have asked for a better evening!! We made a reservation for a party of ten and many were delayed due to traffic. The staff couldn’t be more understanding with our delays. They seated us in the front room where an acoustic duo was doing an amazing job but we were having a difficult time talking with our large group. When we asked to be moved, our waitress couldn't be more accommodating. The food was delicious and came out in a timely manner, exactly as ordered!! The staff couldn’t be more agreeable and attentive…we thoroughly enjoyed our 2.5 hours dining experience!! THANK YOU TO ALL AT HOPS 44 FOR MAKING OUR FAMILY CELEBRATION A LOVELY ONE!!

Not impressed. We, a party of8, all meals served different times 20-45 minutes apart in time. Our direct server was short and condescending. Another was super kind and took some $ off our bill but aside from food taking a long time and not coming together, 3/8 orders were wrong. Had been here many times before but very disappointed this time.

I gave it 2 stars because the service was good. The problem is that I paid $22 for a kid's size meal. Burger was $18, cheese is $1 extra and fries instead of chips were $3 more. Basically $18 for a bun, burger, and sauce. No lettuce, onion or tomato. Brisket burger was so tiny and the small portion of fries were brown soggy and cold. The oil seemed too old. It was a rip off.

I tried their award winning wings - fabulous! Apple Walnut salad was delicious. The service was tremendous- very attentive and friendly. Also able to accommodate my Vegan friends who loved their veggie burger. Great atmosphere! Highly recommend! ?

Update: I came and dined with a large party on the patio. The food was mostly good and the atmosphere was pleasant. Nachos were lackluster. There was live music. However, our server was horrendous, was not attentive at all. He pushed our party into splitting the bill evenly which is unfair since we were the couple that did not have any alcoholic drinks. Nor did we order another entree to bring home. $90 for nachos and 2 sandwich entrees is really outrageous. If you come with a large party be sure to be clear about wanting split checks. Has a dog friendly patio and a dog menu. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the crispy cauliflower with Thai chili sauce and Nashville chicken burger. Wings were also very good. I liked that the table gets a carafe of water. Reserving a table through the website was simple. Plenty of parking.
