Nice big casual dining place. Good food except the grilled cheese (90% bread, very dry) but the onion soup is very good. Family also enjoyed the brisket burger, veggie burger, and sweet potato fries. Forgot our sodas until we asked someone else.

Hops44 is the place to be! We recently had a 50th birthday party there, had the back room to ourselves and they were able to keep up the service with our large group. The staff was super helpful, very attentive, always available and accommodated all of my party supplies including cake. Food is always amazing and the drinks are equally amazing. Simply wow place. We wanted eat around UConn and found this gem. Food, service, atmosphere all are amazing! Looking to sit outside in summer. We ordered potato soup, caprese flatbread, Nashville chicken sandwiches fried and grilled both were awesome! We also had fried cauliflower bites, they were good too. I loved all the homemade sauces like hot and sweet came with cauliflower bites. Spicy sauce in chicken sandwiches was just wow! We also had beer and it was great! This is must visit place! I will go again to try more food!!kids ordered warm cookie with ice cream and it was delicious!Vegetarian options: Good amount of vegetarian options

This is one of the best sports bar/restaurants I’ve been to. If I lived closer I would be there all the time. We stopped there before going to the UConn game. People were waiting to get seated. The service was on point. The servers made sure we were good numerous time. Food was delicious and didn’t have to wait very long for it.I would love to see what it’s like during a game!!
