My wife and I have been making weekly visits to The Whale Tea since it first opened. The wide variety of options make this a perfect place for anyone looking to satisfy their fruit and/or milk tea taste buds. We have gotten to know the staff over time and have nothing but great things to say about their genuine care for customer service.

Whale tea at UConn is soooo good, I been to a lot of other whale tea, but the whale tea at UConn always so clean and they make really good drink, the boba is so chewy and delicious, is traditional boba with brown sugar, have to try??? ? ? ? and the people are so nice, very patient with me when I can’t decide what I wanna drink, 10 out of 10 def!

So annoyed that once again, for the second time, I came after 9 and they said they’re already closed. But their business says 9:30. It is extremely disappointing. We live 30 minutes away and drive all the way here. But they don’t care. Just want to leave early. If it says 9 now it’s because I suggested the change.
