So I went to this bakery early in the morning when you expect everything to be fresh! Horrible stale, very hard pastry! Not fresh at all. The nata which is a very delightful pastry to eat, the pastry part so hard! I bought a variety of pastries because everyone at home like different pastry! All were stale and old! Will never come here at all! I do not recommend

This is the second time I’ve gotten cannolis from there and the shells were super soft which means they were not fresh..a cannoli is meant to have a crispy shell. Seems to have been refrigerated and put back out the next day. Not going back and would not recommend this bakery.

The single serve cakes squares taste good and are a good size and the prices are really reasonable. The staff is very friendly as well. I got two cake squares for $6.50. I recommend trying their Napoleon pastry.

I’m a patron 3 times a week for pastries , this morning I got hot dog rolls and got home they were stale . I called and the girl said they are only a day old. Not sorry not how can I fix it.So much for a fresh bakery !!! Bad attitude, not sure I’ll go back!,

Unfortunately, I bought a piece of carrot cake at this bakery today for three dollars and change when I went to eat it tonight after dinner it was stale as hell very disappointed

On the Sunday before New Year’s day, Wednesday, I went into the bakery to personally ask if they were opened on New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day and if they could fulfill an order for quiche pies. They said they were opened and they could be picked up on New Year’s Day morning. I ordered a few quiche pies and a few stuffed breads and paid for them in full. Today on New Year’s Eve I received a phone call informing me that they will not have the order ready for pick up on Wednesday and then I can pick it up on Thursday despite my specific needs that I expressed to them in advance. The staff was indifferent to the problem that was caused. I asked for owner to call me and I was told he was John Chaves. I didn’t hear from him for a few hours and I resigned myself to them not resolving the problem they created. Later in the evening, after considerable time to purchase the ingredients to make the goods at the last minute, I received a voicemail that the bakery would have my products baked and ready for pick in the morning as was originally determined. Although I never spoke to John Chaves, I suspect that he was instrumental to make good on the promise of having my order prepared as originally planned. Thank you John. I gave a 4 star only to because of the hassle, time and money spent to have an alternative plan but the food was great as always. To other customers, when the bakery staff doesn’t resolve a matter that is the fault of the bakery, call the owner! It appears he does care which is refreshing in this day and age. To the bakery, don’t change the arrangement with the customer after you excepted the sale.
