I find the quality of the food is okay and consistent. But I wanna pull my hair out because atleast 50 percent of the time they forget part of the order. I have been ordering the same thing for EVER atleast twice a week and I always ask for it to be lightly cooked because I broke my jaw a while back and have a hard time chewing. They know how I get it, I make a point to tell them every time it has to be underdone a little and it comes overdone half the time. I spend a lot of money here and I feel like crying cause I just don’t have the energy to bring this back there after it was delivered and wait for them to make a new pie and everything so I just won’t eat it. I am so frustrated right now. After all I put up with and having stayed loyal anyway I feel like the least they could do is give me a new pie but I guess not

Best Garlic bread I’ve ever tried in Connecticut.
Just for 5$ it’s like subway footlong.
Definitely recommend others to try their garlic bread with cheese.
That’s my one stop complex for Universal liquor store and Bella’s pizza.

Parking: There are a lot of parking space available.
It’s a big complex so parking always going to be available and it’s free.

Was told 15-20 mins foe 2 cold sandwiches! Noone else in building. 9 people 'working'; when in reality 4-5 were joking around. Was told that they're really busy! Dude making sandwiches was on his phone for the first 5 minutes of our 20 mins! Sandwiches were just okay.

Today we went to eat at the pizzeria, my family and I were 5 people at 9:05 pm and the pizzeria is supposed to close at 10 pm, but since we arrived the two women who were at the front serving the cashier when They saw that we were going to sit down and told us with a very rude attitude, are you going to eat here? Then my husband asked them, are they already closing? and they both said that in 20 minutes the staff starts cleaning and that in 45 minutes they closed in a very derogatory and rude way; That's why we didn't eat and we went to eat somewhere that served us better.

I had a lovely mini pizza from Bella Napoli! The atmosphere was friendly and the lovely phone girl was full of smiles! I will definitely come here again (especially for the ranch)!

Im costumer for many years but no more I buy 1 large pie when I pick up the size is to small y pay 28 dls for one pizza like a dominos pizza size sorry but for this size I prefer pay 10 dls in little Cesar
