I don’t even know where to begin I ordered Zuppa di clam over linguine for delivery what I got look like some half eaten plate, with a little bit of clams and a little bit of linguine. The driver handed me the bag it was a mess the sauce was all in the bottom of the bag . I paid almost $35 for that mess this is unacceptable, I will never ever order from Big Jim Galley again . On top of that there was no bread or salad.

I stopped here for dinner after shopping at Bass Pro Shops/Cabelas, it was a good little find. I had some clam chowder and steamed clams, both were very good, they had good beer on tap too. Place had a good blue collar New England fisherman feel to it, great bartender, and its location felt like the kind of place which may be next to the dock the seafood is unloaded at. I’ll be back especially if riding my motorcycle on the CT turnpike as this place also appeared very friendly towards bikers.

Went to Big Jim's for the first time this year for Taco Tuesday. No surprise that the prices were higher but disappointed that I could only order three tacos at a time and they had to be the same kind.. personally I would prefer to have only two and would love to be able to mix. However, they were absolutely delicious and generous in size. The calamari was fantastic, and my Moscow Mule was on point! As usual the atmosphere was cheery and friendly and I can't wait till the weather is good enough to utilize the outside patio. Big Jim's is always a hit with me
