My order was prepared quickly, and everything was fresh and hot. The place was also clean and well-organized. You can tell the staff is well-trained and committed to providing a great experience. Today I went to buy the double wooper combo at the drive-true and I told the lady taking the order that I wanted large fries instead of medium and I wanted a medium soda and she was charging me 18 dollars and I asked her what she had put on me and she told me the double wooper combo with extra large fries and I told her that that was not the order and she got angry and when she gave me the soda she gave it to me half full and she fell on me and I told her that it was okay that there was no problem and I told her if she could give me some buffalo and she only charged me 25 cents for a buffalo sauce which seemed strange to me because I have always gone and they never charge me I gave it to her and then when I left I checked my hamburger and she gave me the hamburger with only one meat and she charged me for the double meat

Ordered drive through off mobile app. I get a notification to use the BK app & order ahead every day. Today I did & I never will again. I pulled in & was the 9th car in line. I had on loungewear so I wasn't going inside. By the time I got to the window, 12 minutes had passed along with 8 minute drive to get there. I took the bag & wanted to make sure the fries were hot. They were barely lukewarm. When i got home, I put the fries in the microwave. They tasted old. The fish sandwich had not even a teaspoon of tarter sauce and it was lukewarm. I told the guy at the window that the fries weren't even hot. He just kept looking at me with a big smile on his face like it was funny to him. NEVER AGAIN!!
People have allergies to food so if I say no cheese or condiments that’s what I mean. This happens numerous times and I’m sick of it.

Honestly terrible service at the drive through, there's always this young lady that's there that has a wonderful personality and tone when you speak with her but today there was this older Hispanic lady who seemed very agitated for no reason, I simply asked for 2 separate orders because I was with my friend and we couldn't stop to go inside. She became very aggressive and shouted that they don't do separate orders in drive through as if I was supposed to pull up and get the first order and go back into the drive through for a second order. I've never been to a fast food place that "DOESN'T" do separate orders because they are simply too commonplace for it to not be possible,I believe that is absolutely unprofessional, after getting to the window to collect my order she stated, "do you want the food or not?" With an attitude which in my opinion wasn't warranted. I don't feel like being treated that way just because I wanna order a separate meal from my own is necessary at all, there should be better means of dealing with a situation and Burger King®️ should do better with who they have working with and/or handling customers.
