I don’t know why they’re giving issues about the Burger King codes. Always saying I can’t use them I. The drive thru then you can’t use them at the window either? This is the only Burger King that is like this I think they’re doing something weird with the extra money. They are also rude and very insistent. If I can’t use my codes then I won’t come to Burger King anymore! This location is horrible. Employees are not good.

Today (January 17, 2026) around 1:58 PM, I ordered a Whopper with no onions or pickles, but with cheese. When I picked it up, the only employee working at the counter (female, wearing glasses) stated the burger was without cheese. I assumed it was for another order.
After leaving and opening the burger in my car, I realized it came without cheese, even though I never requested it removed. Since I was just passing through, I didn’t return.
The customer service was poor from the moment I walked in to pick up my order. Simple order, wrong preparation, and lack of attention.

The women there are very rude and always have attitudes . You ask for an exchange of sauce and it’s almost like their job depends on it .. When they are the ones who choose the wrong sauce . I always make sure to politely greet them and given back rudeness. Food is always fresh & morning crew are such sweet heart ! The night shift is questionable.

Look at what you get when you pay extra for bacon. Selected the option for onion rings on a burger, .70 cents extra and no onion rings were found. Everything done through the app, they had plenty of lead time to really get the order right. No excuse for that.
The manager is very kind and welcoming. The food is always hot and delicious!!!!

Mrs. Maritza gave me terrible, arrogant, and overbearing service. I asked her for some sauces, and she closed the window on me. It was very disrespectful. I said I had to pay for them, considering the burgerking included the sauces. This was here in Stratford, CT, afternoon shift.

This restaurant has excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and was very friendly throughout the entire process. My order was prepared quickly, and everything was fresh and hot. The place was also clean and well-organized. You can tell the staff is well-trained and committed to providing a great experience.
