Contacted her to get quotes for a cake . She quotes me a high amount , so I ask what if the serving size is less for like 10 people . $185 seems steep for a cake . How do you now have no availability 45 mins later ? Sad customer service.

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday which came out beautifully!!! The piping was gorgeous. The cake itself was so delicious too. Def one of my favorites. It was not dense at all and the frosting was not super sugary like other places. Great job ! Will def use this service again!

I called the bakery January 23rd to put in an order of cupcakes for a birthday, they texted me and asked me what did I want the cupcakes to look like. After this they proceeded to send me a text saying it would be $42 for a dozen I responded saying I would do the dozen. They never said I had to send a deposit or pay for these upfront. when I went to go pick up my order today and they told me they don’t have my order and that I should have followed up. What exactly do I need to follow up with as a client if we set a date to pick up and you confirmed what I wanted. Very unprofessional

I do enjoy the cupcakes.I just wish there was bit more of a consistency when it comes up to the flavors of the cupcakes. Some days the cupcakes are great and some days there a bit off. The casher in the front was kind and patient with the kids.The cake toppers are so cute. My kids enjoy the white bench outside. My little diva posed on the bench with her cupcake.
