I called the bakery January 23rd to put in an order of cupcakes for a birthday, they texted me and asked me what did I want the cupcakes to look like. After this they proceeded to send me a text saying it would be $42 for a dozen I responded saying I would do the dozen. They never said I had to send a deposit or pay for these upfront. when I went to go pick up my order today and they told me they don’t have my order and that I should have followed up. What exactly do I need to follow up with as a client if we set a date to pick up and you confirmed what I wanted. Very unprofessional

The cake decoration was absolutely stunning elegant, detailed, and exactly what we envisioned for this special day. Not only did it look amazing, but the flavor was just as impressive moist, rich, and delicious! The cake pops and other desserts were also a huge hit with our guests. I do enjoy the cupcakes.I just wish there was bit more of a consistency when it comes up to the flavors of the cupcakes. Some days the cupcakes are great and some days there a bit off. The casher in the front was kind and patient with the kids.The cake toppers are so cute. My kids enjoy the white bench outside. My little diva posed on the bench with her cupcake.

Went to a Baby shower this weekend, the cake was beautiful, but more important it taste was wonderful, I asked where they got the cake from, and they said "Sonia's." The icing was not super sweet., and the cake was moist and just the right texture. Even though I did not purchase the cake, I wanted to write a review. I will definitely will be buying my cakes from Sonia's from now on. and recommending it to everyone..

Sonia Did My Grand Daughters Birthday Cake on Sunday - It was Just Perfect.The communication was excellent,The ManWho who works there helped me out to my car ,The Cake was Super Moist & Delicious.We had over 50 people everyone LOVED it.She also did my Daughters Baby Shower& Did Chocolate Covered Strawberries & Cup cakes. I Highly Recommend her ! Cant wait for our next party. The Cake was Reasonable also. DEFINITELY only using Sonia in theFuture.
