I was picking up Pizza next door for a friend,while I was waiting walked in to grab a beverage,amazingly ordered a steak and cheese onions peppers mushrooms it was one of those hidden gems it was amazing not certain if it was Boars head London broil meat they used but it was bada bing perfectly seasoned,hidden gem!
My first time visiting, my daughters told me about Checkers. So we went on Friday, I ordered their sweet cajun chicken wings with steak fries and my son had their Steak & Cheese grinder, we enjoyed it very much. The owner was very friendly and Checker's was very clean.??
best bacon egg and cheese sandwich youll find anywhere locally from newhaven to Bridgeport.the rolls are always fresh, theres plenty of bacon, and the flavor is just perfectly done.
