Residents in Stratford... my family and I are Regulars here, there's No comparison to others...their consistent ingredients new cooks are Amazing. I had my food delivered to my house as I usually do. I have been ordering food from China Ming for many years. This is the very first time I was disappointed with the food. The egg drop soup was Luke warm and the pork egg roll was cold and dried up. There was hardly any cabbage or fillings inside the egg roll. Like I said this is the first time I have been disappointed with my food. My vegetable chow mein was Luke warm too not hot.if I ever get a order like this again I will not be ordering food from there anymore. I ended up throwing out the egg roll and most of the chow mein

Wanted to try a different Chinese spot so gave this one a chance, what a mistake. Drove home without checking the food, got home realized they didn’t give me all my food. Had to drive all the way back to get it, all I got was a “sorry” and giggles while she joked around with her son. The food was absolutely disgusting, tasted old and had a bad after taste, none of us finished eating it and felt horrible afterwards. There’s plenty of good Chinese spots in Stratford do yourself a favor and skip this one. 1 star is too much but it’s the lowest I can rate it. I should’ve read the reviews before ordering. Lesson learned.

First and last time ordering here. I got general Tso’s chicken with fried rice and an egg roll. Sauce is solid — like I mean gelatinous solid, like I was able to peel it nearly CLEAN off the side of the container in one big piece solid. No thank you. The egg rolls looked as pictured, yet were already cold so I just didn’t bother. The rice was redeeming but I can get that anywhere. Got my money refunded quickly.
Been here twice and each time the food makes me vomit. I am not ever eating here again.

So I’ll just say this. Everyone beware! I am a fan of Chinese food. But let’s be honest. The Chinese food that is served there, isn’t real authentic Chinese. We all know that. It’s kind of like fast food, Chinese Americanized. But anyhow,I’ve been eating there for a while, and I’ve noticed that the quality of their food has gone downhill significantly. Not only, did they give some weird portion sizes, but also it is if they don’t care about what it is that they’re serving. I don’t know, nor can I say if it’s a management issue, or if it’s just how they think that people perceive them, as which is not the case? But, you’re providing a service. So quality and quantity is key! I originally was not going to submit this, But I can’t take it anymore. If I need good food that is delivered fast. This will no longer be the place even though it’s convenient for me. Only two minutes away.I ordered the boneless buffalo spareribs. Large. And as you’ll see in the pictures. It was made mediocre, and it didn’t have a nice char on it like you used to get maybe a year and a half ago?. Again, I’m not trying to bash them. But the quality of service, the friendliness, and the food itself is just off. Greasy, Overbearing, and the flavors are all over the place and not uniformed. If you’re going to run in operate, a Chinese restaurant, make yours, unique, and different! Add some style! And most importantly, care so much about who it is your serving no matter what, that you were going to deliver the best quality !
