I used to frequent this location weekly. Unfortunately it seems to have gone downhill as of late. I continue to get burrito bowls with undercooked, crunchy rice. Submitting feedback through the app gets me nowhere. Probably won’t be back.

Bad experience on Saturday March 30th 7:15 p.m.. First of all, behind the counter is unkempt with empty containers all over the place nevertheless, I wait for the Chicken al Pastor which was nearly empty. The gentleman was grilling some fresh chicken so I was happy to wait an additional 20 minutes for fresh food. I finally stepped to the line to complete my order and realized they have no grilled vegetables to compliment the meal that I waited over 20 minutes for in addition to adding steak to the meal. That's the only hot condiment in addition to the black beans that I would have wanted. I get to the register to use my gift card the gentleman doesn't know how to use a gift card so I spent another 4 to5 minutes trying to get my gift card to go through only to realize they're out of receipt paper so I didn't even get a receipt. You called the store to try to get some resolve it goes to AI then rings for 3 minutes and then asks for a code. I took a business with the name Jonaesha Bostic listed as the General Mananger to no avail.

The service is not good at all. Employees are rude and take customer concerns as a joke. Food portions just don’t compute, overpriced for the little bit you get in return. Used to be great now not so much.

It was 9:30 and they close at 11:00. No rice… the literal basis of the bowl. AND no salsa. No reasoning. They just didn’t have it and would make more.

We live nearby, so we're familiar with the fact that they're often out of items. Fine. We're in the habit of checking before we get in line if they have peppers and onions and steak coming out. They said they'll make it but it will be about 15 minutes. We said no problem, we can wait. They said "are you sure?" And we said it wasn't a problem. We sat down for about 25 minutes. noticing little to no cooking going on in the background, but okay... maybe it was happening behind the scenes. Nope. Once I finally checked back in they said "oh we can make steak are you waiting on anything else?" I mentioned the peppers and onions and she said "oh we probably won't have those tonight." I should also note that there were 1-2 other people there total and the people we interacted with watched us sitting there the entire time after telling us they were making what we were looking for. My problem is not that they wouldn't make more of what they were out of. My problem is that we had a direct conversation and they let us wait, knowing what we were waiting for wasn't coming. We're constantly disappointed by this location and will not likely ever be returning.

Ordered a burrito for pickup at the drive thru and got undercooked rice in it. Not just a little, almost entirely all undercooked rice. Then i ordered some chips and guac, and didn't get the guac. It's like they're not even trying. Very disappointing.

This place needs better management or a new owner. This place says it closes at 11pm . I’ve been there multiple times are 9pm when I get out of work. The stoves are always off before 11 around 9 smh. The customer service sucks. They just stop working after 9 don’t bother going. Just shut the place down.

chipotle is usually my go to food when I have nothing at home to eat, however my sister my boyfriend and I went to chipotle on saturday. I got a burrito with the pork on it. the person making my burrito had to go in the back for it and looked okay, not great, but I didn't think anything of it. on Sunday I left for vermont with my boyfriends family. That night I threw up over 100 times and had the most tremendous stomach pains. I was supposed to stay in vermont until Wednesday but because of the food poisoning I got I was forced to cut my trip short. My pain was a 10/10 and I considered going to the emergency room. It's now Sunday night and I'm still suffering the consequences of eating chipotle's under cooked meat. I will not be back.

they skimp HEAVY on the meat portion. Gives two full scoops of rice, digs deep for those beans to then dump on the rice, makes sure to load lettuce where it’s busting out of the seams… and then puts six cubes of chicken when u know well it’s the most important part… not even a full scoop!

I have been ordering the kids built your own with guac and was never charged extra. They told me today that it was $3 more, which i was fine with. I asked the cashier to make me a new one with lettuce. She got the manager(short black female) from the back, who proceeded to remove the guac and put lettuce in the same spot. I told her no. So she got another container and spilled the cheese and lettuce together and she had an attitude when I told her that it was messy. We go to chipotle(drive thru) at least once a week and my order is usually either wrong or missing items. With managers like that, that store will have new employees every week
