Axel was super nice and they made the best margaritas. The avocado with shrimp (normal menu) and the nachos from happy hour menu were fantastic.
Excellent food and service. Most authentic Latin fusion I have found while traveling from Kentucky.
Cibus is an amazing gem in Stratford. From food to service you will always leave happy. Especially with Alex and Andres behind the bar, you can never go wrong!
Awesome restaurant. Love the vibe, service is great & food/drinks delicious.
Our server was David and every recommendation he made was on point. We were here for Mother’s Day and the service was excellent and the atmosphere was nice and friendly. David was very attentive to our needs. Everything was fabulous.
Wow. Here for Cinco de Mayo. Plenty of people and I must say Alex is a machine. Absolutely amazing service 👏 ❤ 👌 🙌 😀
FOOD POISONING. I went there last night with my husband and service dog. I ordered the shrimp ceviche with tostones. The entire time I was there I would get whiffs of a bad smell. I can’t tell if it was coming from the floor or where. About three hours later I was vomiting non stop, diarrhea and body aches. Clear toxin-based food poisoning from bacteria in the food. Not acceptable.
We try the trio ceviche, trio mofongo and paisa. Food was good. very traditional. nice decoration.
Food was tender and perfect. I recommend for any whom want a wonderful meal.
We went today for dinner, good service, good food but the steak was a very small portion was my only complaint and it wasn’t filling so that was disappointing

Bad experience, not recommended
I went to CIBIS in with good expectations, but the food quality was disappointing. I ordered a churrasco, but what I received was nothing like it just a thin, tough piece of meat with an unpleasant taste. The rice was cold , the sweet plantains had a strong old oil flavor, and the excessive amount of sauce on the so called churrasco made everything taste even worse.
Stratford deserves a restaurant with better quality. Hopefully, they will invest in fresh ingredients and a real chef who values good cooking. I won’t be coming back.
I ordered the lomo saltado, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The green sauce tasted more like a mix of tartar sauce and mayonnaise, which was far from the traditional flavors I’m accustomed to.
Do NOT get the wings, there are fatty, over breaded and no flavor. Disgusting
Food is good but poor quantity. This is a 20 dollar order of ceviche.
They said 25 min and take more then 1 hour to made my order
