Atmosphere is comfortable. Great menu options. The font on the menu definitely needs to be made darker/bold. Many ppl had their phone flashlights to read menu. Seemed like they were short staffed. The owner was not only running food and drinks but bussing tables. The wait staff were very polite. The food was as expected with the exception of the heavy hand on the salt when it came to the rice ?. Overall would go back.

Cibus Latin Fusion on Woodend is takeout only. The food is delicious - best roasted chicken in Stratford. Two thoughts - it always takes longer than they say, and check your order before you leave as more often than not, a side will be left out. They say they’ll credit your account but I’ve never had the credit actually go thru. Don’t expect what you don’t inspect - but their chicken, empanadas, lentil soup and plantains will keep me coming back no matter what.

I was a little generous because they are better than average service is pretty good and both locations are very cute atmospheres. Really late nite this side of town u cannot beat their rotisserie chx with 2 sides.

the worst costumer service I ever experienced ! I had a $150 order for delivery that never arrived and when I called the person who was in charge simply told me it was not his problem! never coming back

I had the worst experience here!! I will never come back to this place. They gave us the wrong order to start it off , then over cooked our steak and told us they were u able to remake it because the kitchen was closed and gave us a 10 dollars gift card ( might as well not given us anything ) they refused to take it off the bill even though they kept messing up and there kitchen was closed . The manager and the person who served us definitely lacked customer service. But when it was ready to swipe that card and wait for that tip let me tell you she was standing by that table like a police officer . Absolutely disgusting will never go back

Me and my Family been there a few time, and the customer service and their menu are the best of the city, employees make you feel welcomed and we also been ordering uber eat and is increíble how we enjoy the tacos, empanadas, salad, mofongos and steak this is the food that we enjoy the most, you have to go. We love it.
