the staff here is very unprofessional, they don’t greet you at all they just stand there awkwardly staring until you speak, they’re more worried about messing around behind the counter than the customers. I had to repeat my order 3x because they weren’t listening.

Loved going there as a child. Went all the time. Wasn't impressed, when i took my granddaughters there. Look dirty, and really didn't want to get anything. My butterscotch dip was just about dipped, wasn't crazy about the color! Ended up throwing it out!

Great ice cream, I mean a simple cone isn't hard to mess up but I think that since the job is so easy to do in terms of food and quality, there is a loss in customer connection and staff interaction. I've gone to this DQ many years simply because it was my childhood store and I live nearby but I hadn't been in a while; when I went tonight it wasn't like it used to be especially because of the 8 teenagers that seemed to just be packed in there doing nothing but talking, and while the ice cream was good the service was rude and seemed bothersome to them to... do their job. Weird but I mean what else can be expected when there are nothing but a bunch of lazy 16 year olds sitting there chatting all night, anyways I'd consider having staff that wouldn't make such a comforting place a hostile environment when ice cream is literally as innocent as it gets.
