No one should be handling food without gloves and then touching other things with the same unwashed hands to return to prepping food. This is cross contamination and highly unsanitary!!!!! Never again will I order from here.

Food was barely cooked and they managed to cook hard plastic into pizza i called them to let them know and was offered credits but I don't want any of that its disgusting i took pictures and videos contacted a lawyer the next steps are to call health department and have them test the object and to look into that shop for hazards very dangerous what if a child would've ate that lucky it was just me this time

Why is your driver questioning my whereabouts?? I didn’t pick up the phone right away I was working and in my way home and when I drive do not disturb turns on. The food came quicker than expected and someone was supposed to pick up the food at the door, they ended up not realizing because he didn’t ring the doorbell or anything. When I pulled up to my home he was about to pull off I got out my car trying to make sure it actually got dropped off because I didn’t see the calls until after. He proceeds to question why I wasn’t picking up and I needed to be home to pick up my order and kept trying to get rowdy with me. Teach your drivers some manners.

Ordered food and enabled text notifications. An hour went by after we received the your driver is On the way text. Usually you get a your driver is in the neighborhood never received anything called the store over an hour after we ordered and they told us the driver would call when outside never did. He finally comes and with an attitude said next time do this instead of this which is poor customer service and then made me walk to the car instead of meeting me at the door like I had asked. He had an attitude which wasn’t needed. He states he rang all of the door bells but we didn’t hear it. He just seemed very un professional
