I cannot believe it, I ordered a drink, 2 bagels with cream cheese, and bagel bites, I receive my order and they didn’t give me my drink, my bagels did not have cream cheese on them and I only had one bagel bite. Worst dunkin I have ever been to

I’ve noticed the water tastes weird here. Not bad. I still drank my tea. But it was gross. I didn’t get sick. But it tasted bad. I should preface this with “I will eat and drink very expired things”.

My husband and I bought breakfast for our family here yesterday. The service, speed, cleanliness, etc were fine, my problem is with the declining quality of Dunkin's products. The coffee is meh, I make much better and much cheaper coffee at home, and tbh, gas station coffee is now better in most cases.The baked goods are just not good, especially when you factor in the ridiculously high prices. I know they stopped making their baked goods on-site ages ago, but they were OK for quite a while. The past several purchases, maybe over the past year as I don't go often, have been just gross. Hard, dry bagels and the donuts have gotten smaller and more tasteless as the prices have climbed. The next time I want to bring home bagels and donuts to my family, it will be from a local small coffee shop and bakery.

If I could give zero stars I would. The current staff at this location is a disgrace and lacks common sense. The coffee is nasty and tastes like it’s never fresh, my food is always burnt and the staff always gives me an attitude when I come. The manager Yessenia has a disgusting attitude and should not be working with the public and the middle Eastern man and woman are always very nasty and purposely never put napkins or utensils in my bag until I finally said something to them. I will go to a different location from now on.

They put the wrong food for me in the bag but had the ride order on the receipt they explain they can’t do nothing on they’re end but if they did it right we wouldn’t have this issue. Do not recommend.

This is my favorite dunkin in Stratford! Not only are my drinks always consistent, but they taste soo good! I’ve become a regular here and one worker has a nickname for me which I love. She’s always asking about my daughter too. I sadly don’t know her name but she’s the biggest reason I try to go to Dunkin everyday!!

This Dunkin is capable of getting 4 to 5 stars but because of the tone in their attitude that I get daily is horrendous. If you guys don’t like your job, please don’t feel forced to work here. Please look for a different alternative. We should not have to hear your nasty tone every day just because we want to bring our money to Dunkin, again if you don’t like the job, please find an alternative we can hear it all in your voice that you clearly do not want to be there or even be an employee for Dunkin
