DO NOT go to this Dunkin. worst service ever. I waited in the drive through line for over 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me (i was stuck in line because cars were behind me). The lady on the speaker was so absolutely rude to me as if IM the one causing the hold up. I spoke slowly and loud yet she still got mad at ME that she could’nt understand.
I mean don’t get me wrong, my food and drink was great. But the lady there needs to be retrained on being nice to customers.
Management should also reasses their employees and maybe HIRE MORE PEOPLE. I only saw 2 people inside, there definitely could have been more but i only saw 2. Seems understaffed which in turn is making their workers miserable.
Anyways, do not go here and definitely don’t go if you only have a 30 minute lunch break at work.

The service here is horrible. The woman behind the counter was running around practically, doing everything. The gentleman behind the counter was working as if they weren't backed up. I placed a mobile order at 12:50, didn't get my coffee and croissant until 1:15. I was asked numerous times what was my order. I told the gentleman I ordered a large coffee and he proceeded to start making a small. I had to correct him. I placed my order at this location by accident and will be extra careful to NOT place my order here again

It's 12am. This places is 24 hours but yet have no donuts u til 2am when they restock. Why they open then. Also they said we needed to wait 10mins because the other shift haven't come and needed to count the drawer. This is nuts. Not very good service.

They followed the orders perfectly, sure it took a while; but I understand! However, once I got to my Arctic Cherry Energy drink, I felt terrible and it tasted odd. Maybe it was the melted ice but it was enough to give me that bad of a feeling. They hard workers though since they made the custom drink I ordered :)

My order for pickup through the drive-thru was flawless. When I got there, there was only 1 car in front of me which only took a minute & when I got to the window I was greeted by my name and order ready to give me... I was very pleased with the outside landscaping and the new drive-thru menu which was worth every penny... Thank you for your time...

This has become the worst Dunkin ever. I have been going off and on since 1998. The service lately has gotten progressively worse and worse. The wait at the drive-up can be 20 minutes long. To avoid this, I went inside, there was one employee sweeping the floor and one employee that was just coming in and out, no explanation for that one! Shouldn’t everyone be on deck at the busiest time of the day. My wait inside was not much better. This morning I went, no one at the drive-up and had to repeat my order twice . I pulled up expecting it to take a few but, you can guess! There were 5 employees just standing around joking with each other! Seems like there is no adult supervision or what there is doesn’t care. When I got my order, the attitude was so far out there. Needless to say, I will never go back now

I ordered a coffee roll and a boston creme donut through the app. They were out of boston creme and they only gave me a coffee roll and when I asked him where my other donut was he said they didn't have any. I asked if I could get a replacement and they said no. All of the employees had an attitude and there was two other employees fighting and cursing at each other while there was a huge line of customers waiting.
