Update: They didn’t have my receipt again today then magically found it.

Waited 22 minutes of my 30 minute break while a bunch of people behind the counter did absolutely nothing except laugh and joke around like it was a party or something, proceeded to ignored me and the other 5 customers standing right in front of them. This has happened almost every time I've gone, they really just need to close this particular location as they don't seem to be able to find competent people to work there. I just walked out without receiving $10+ of my order because I can't waste my time because of there incompetence or because they want to act like it's play time while there at work.

At 10 pm I ordered the new signature latte. The rude employee rushed my order through the speaker and when I got to the window didn’t even remember my order or put it in the system. My coffee tasted like the bottom of a dumpster and had expresso crushed beans in it. Then I asked if she had any donuts and she once again had a shitty attitude and I said no. I then payed and she closed the window and didn’t give me a receipt.

I really tried to give this place a chance. The staff is great but the turnover rate is high. They randomly lock the doors and only have the drive thru open. I got into the habit of ordering 30 minutes ahead to find it still not ready half the time. I don't blame the staff. I think management is just that awful.

This place has terrible customer service takes anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes to get a freaking coffee it’s despicable. It’s ran like crap. This place sucks and it’s unsanitary the way they make your coffee and your food.

This is the slowest dunkin. I ordered at 7:20 it is 7:37 and im still in line. Mind you there was only 1 car at the drive thru reason why I stopped here. If it wouldn't be because I paid for my order already I would leave... it is now 7:39 and im still waiting. 20 min for a refresher is ridiculous....
