If you're thinking about grabbing dunkin from here, I'd warn you look somewhere else. I waited behind 4 other cars for atleast 20 minutes. All I ordered was 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. When I got to the window, all the guys over there were just incompetent. They had no idea what they were doing, waited 30 minutes just for them to get my order wrong

This location is the worst. I’ve been living near this location for three years and been working across the street from this location for two years. My co workers and I have never had a good experience with visiting this location. The customer service is horrible and if you're having a great day don’t visit this Dunkin because they will stare at you and cuss you out of your ask for help. I will never go back and will never recon anyone to visit this Dunkin.

Told the lady what I wanted 4 times..still handed me the wrong bagel ..then handed the rite one,but it was hard...didn't give me my donut.......it was like talking to space...
Just dealt with some really rude customer service this one particular employee working there short little Hispanic lady gave me nothing but attitude. All I was trying to do was order some food and she wanted me to shout across the room with my order mind you I had a sore throat walking in and told her that if you can’t be courteous and have the decency to look at a customer when they are ordering something then maybe you shouldn’t be in customer service or dealing with anything to do with customer service she also said that I ordered one thing when I told her very slowly I did not want any egg and then proceeded to give an attitude toward me because her coworker said she needs to make sure she gets her orders, correct again if you can’t have the courteous or decency to look at a customer when they’re ordering, you shouldn’t be dealing with customer service never had to deal with this before!
