Well they have weird hours. No matter what time I try to order on the app for pick up they are almost closing. No matter what time it is I’m ordering. The people that work there don’t seem to care sometimes and don’t say anything other than “what do you want”

My order is,always incorrect. Just ordered a latte in drive thru....was asked 5 times what I ordered.they made me park....wait then handed me a latte with literally NO coffee in it!

I usually go in the morning and the coffee is great along with the staff! Went on a Sunday afternoon and it was the worst coffee ever! It was as though the rinsed the pot and added cream to it. Very disappointed ?.

Literally the WORST Dunkin’ I’ve been to. Ordered drinks and sandwiches. After waiting over 5 minutes for our sandwiches and being ignored by staff members, I asked if they were going to make our sandwiches and the employee with the orange/pink hair behind the counter became aggressive in her reply stating, “They’ve been ready, you were called up three times.” Called up where? Because we were standing there the entire time. All the employees literally walked right by us and said NOTHING. Not to mention that her hair was in her face while serving customers. Forget any servsafe or infection control followed at this location.
