The food is incredibly fresh AND delicious...and everybody working there has a smile on their face and is ready to help you if needed. I believe El Sol opened during the pandemic and they've been very successful...I believe that speaks for itself! I live right next door so I'm completely spoiled..🤣

I had food from this place for the first time today, It was referred to me by a friend. I ordered the steak and chicken empanada tacos 🌮 🤤 All I can say is sooooooooooooo good. The crunch was crispy and savory and the fillings were well seasoned and cooked to perfection! The avocado sauce was the icing on the cake. I’ll definitely be back for more. The wait wasn’t bad, I ordered as soon as I entered, the cashier greeted me as soon as she seen me and allowed me time to review the menu before asking if I knew what I wanted to order, Very friendly and polite. The location is easily accessible from i95 and there is a parking lot which isn’t too congested. I can say on the negative side (and it could just be a preference thing) I did not like the texture of the rice, it was very clumpy as if maybe they used too much water… as far as the taste of it, the taste was great. I couldn’t complain about the flavors at all. The beans were also pretty good, overall the whole meal tasted great. I’d recommend the empanada tacos for sure.

Amazing breakfast sandwich and the most friendly staff I have ever encountered! While I was waiting for my food, multiple people came in that were clearly regulars. That is always a good sign!

Ordered a take out sandwich and found HAIR in it first time. The guy working at the counter got it redone and the second time same issue AGAIN! This guy the guy argues saying that the workers had hair net on and clearly the guy in the kitchen was wearing a red hat with his hair out and this guy at the counter was standing there and arguing with me. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE U EAT IT, ESPECIALLY WITH KIDS. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED AND SUCH A DISGRACE WHO HAVE BEEN RUNNING FOR SO MANY YEARS NOW.

I’ve had a variety from the breakfast menu (Heart Attack, regular sbec, omelettes, French toast, pancakes) and it all hits. Burritos are great, nachos are great, the el sol special is my favorite hot sandwich.
Family run business vibes and you can tell they really care about their place and the food. Don’t hesitate, this spot is a go-to.
Update: Still hits to this day! They also added empanada tacos and agua Fresca along with some other stuff. Visit their extended families juice bar 2 doors down and their new location in Monroe!!!
