Poor customer service & no regard for me or their error
The staff made me feel like my business wasn't worth their time which is very disheartening because my interest in patronizing Gino's stemmed from one of their mailings
I wish I could have enjoyed my experience
food is amazing guy taking the order great and always gets the order right on first try. the cooks get the food cooked to perfection everytime and gets the order on the road fast, always faster then they say will take which leads to the only negative part where the delivery driver refuses to get out of the car and come to door and will leave if not out there within 2 minutes of her show up. if I could I give a tip to the guy that answer the phone and takes the order and tip the...read full review
Gino’s pizza and restaurant has amazing food and my complaint does not involve the quality of food at all. It involves the consistency of information regarding price. I see on the Current menu being offered for customers to take, my favorite dish is listed as 16.25. However, when entered into the register, it comes up after tax as being over 21 dollars.
