The pizza was not good. The crust was weak and not crisp. Maybe it was the kind of pizza I had.
Girls were on the phone scrolling, tending to pizza, and one even got dropped off and went inside to cut pizza and not wash her hands. It was not mine, so I just shook my head.
I threw the pizza out after 3 slices.....I usually make my own pizza, and I should have done that, but I was so tired.
Good luck to those who go... Make sure they wash their hands. Touching money, phones, and cutting pizza with their bare hands.

Prices are seldom as advertised on their website or inside menus. Management becomes argumentive when asked to clarify prices. They say the menu on their countertop or website need to be updated.

I tried Gino's last night for the first time despite all the negative I ordered a large sausage and bacon asked for it to double cut. What I got was a sausage pizza regular cut I paid for a pizza I didn't order and it was at closing so obviously there was nothing I could do. The service was friendly but product not what I expected

Pizza is complete trash. Garlic knots horrible. Not sure how this place can even say this is pizza , chucky cheese had better pizza.. idk it seems ppl in ct just don’t know what good food is or the food is just so bad everywhere around here they think this is good food. Pizza dough is really bad, sauce is bad, very low quality ingredients ..

This is so disappointing, says delivery till 2.am been on the phone waiting for someone to pickup more than 30.minutes since 10:40.pm and it's 11:22.pm and no one answered. Call 2 different numbers and nothing. Not cool at all.

Have multiple different type of foods and gotta say I tried almost everything they have on the menu and could easily say it’s better then most of the pizza restaurants I have ever eaten from. Highly recommend Gino’s !!
