Sooo, the wife and I treat ourselves to sushi every Friday night there since the past 10 years or so, always delivered to our house. Never, did we had any problem until the past 3 weeks. No, the food (sushi always) is perfect, fresh and out of this world..... But recently, management decided to hire 3th party "delivery" peoples that WILL ruin their good name. Tonight, I got a text message confirming my delivery on the front of my house that wasn't there.... When I called the driver phone # provided, no answer at all.... Hong Kong Tokyo need to come back to reality and send only employee to deliver the "goods "or I will stop doing business with them not knowing who is handling my food. Fair warning to Hong Kong Tokyo ,,,make it happens and thank you!

Moo Shu pork was all mushrooms. No pork The sesame noodles was all oil no sesame or or peanut butter. Won’t be going there again. Not worth the money.

For many many years this was our go-to place, but it has just been horrible lately. Tonight was the last straw though - we found weird little bones in the chicken, and the broccoli was hard as a rock and not even cooked in the slightest.
$60+ for three meals that aren’t even anywhere close to mediocre - insanity. Time to find a new go-to.

I was very upset with the fact I called to inquire about their special sushi rolls and the man was super rude on the phone because I couldn’t understand him. I am a paying customer who he tells me”I’m busy now. Gotta go” and hangs up in my face. One of the rudest interactions I’ve ever dealt with. Never coming here again.

Always dead in there, food isn't special at all and u can't even get a packet of ketchup because u are only allowed duck sauce as I was told 5 minutes ago. Never go there again, I rather go to the hood in Bridgeport, possibly get shot but at least the atmosphere is better, food has flavor & more cultural and I can get a packet of ketchup and not have to buy a bottle right now cuz who eats egg rolls dry??? Maybe congratulations for innovation are in order, since it's the 1st time I ever heard of a "NO KETCHUP RULE" in any establishment...???

Been Dinning in and taking out for years here but service food and just the friendliness has gone down. Spent over $80 for four meals and a spring roll that was so small we measured it 3 in long 1 inch wide (freezer burned and almost nothing in side) size does matter ?. Oh we ordered and ten minutes later it was ready ? nothing is cooked that quick and just warm. Sighhh not real happy about the serving size for money ?. Oh well, thanks for listening.

Every time I dine at this restaurant, the waiter is friendly and very attentive to your needs. I usually have the sushi and it’s always as fresh as can be. Today I added the house fried rice and again it was excellent. My wife had the chicken and green beans and she loved it. Most definitely I recommend this restaurant. Enjoy!
