We liked that they offered a wide variety of pho on their menu although i did find that the "rich" flavored broth lacking in flavor and take out prices and portions could be improved . We did enjoy the Iced coffee.
My personal favorite is the Fried Wonton Soup!
And Their Spring Rolls are to die for with the peanut sauce. Also nobody else makes edamame with rosemary!!

Walked in at 8:10 on a Sunday with my son. The host said I couldn’t dine in only take out. They close at 9. Smh! Not cool! It was plenty of time we had before they closed
The food was fine, but we were charged an unexpected fee. We were a group of six and were automatically charged a 20% fee that was not for the tip. It was off putting and added a charge to our bill that we didn’t anticipate. So be aware if you are coming with a party of six plus. That aside, the food was fine. We ordered different variations of pho, including one called “Sifu” that came with bone marrow, which isn’t commonly offered in pho restaurants. We also had shrimp spring rolls, calamari, bone marrow with toast, and chicken salad, and all were fine.

Shoutsout to the chefs, food is delicious and fresh, great options for vegetarian/ options for vegan. Jess was my server and another server I did not catch the name of. They took excellent care of me, even the lemonade was next level, and the whole experience is everything I needed tonight! 10/10 Thank you :)

Outstanding pho, tendon especially was melt in your mouth perfect. Added bone marrow for a decadent treat. Couldn’t eat the whole thing in a sitting, leftovers were great the next morning!

I did like the food, but I was surprised when I looked at my receipt and saw 3% charge for package and bag fees. I have called twice to speak to the manager and he is yet to call me back. Maybe I should reach out to Attorney General. This fee was not posted when I went into this location
Thank you for bringing this to the community’s attention. According to Connecticut state law, the single-use plastic bag fee was scheduled to end on June 30, 2021. After this date, retailers are no longer allowed to collect fees for single-use plastic checkout bags that are less than 4.0 mils in thickness. Additionally, the use of these single-use checkout bags has been banned altogether. If a store provides other types of bags, such as paper bags or reusable bags, they are allowed to charge for them, but these charges must be clearly identified and are subject to sales tax.
In the case of the receipt you posted, there is a charge for “package and bag fees” amounting to $1.86. This raises a concern as the specific type of bag provided is not mentioned. If this fee includes charges for single-use plastic bags that are under the thickness threshold, it would be in violation of state regulations. On the other hand, if the charge is for paper or reusable bags, the store needs to clearly state this to ensure transparency and compliance with tax regulations.
It’s important for customers to be aware of these laws to avoid unnecessary charges and for businesses to comply with the state regulations. This kind of vigilance helps maintain fairness and clarity for all parties involved. Thank you for sharing this, and I hope the store addresses this matter appropriately to align with Connecticut’s regulations.
The food was great. It tastes authentic, the portion is good, and the price is reasonable.
The food takes a little while to come out (about 20min for 2 dishes), but it's worth the wait

It's the only great pho place conveniently off of Route 15. They have happy hour half off appetizers and drink after 4PM on weekdays.
