Just went today and anticipated a nice meal. Use to go often because it was delicious. My extra crispy (favorite) ordered and when I opened the box they were way too burned and inside chicken was dry and tasteless. Ruined my favorite go to forever sorry. Truth
Service was good but food not so good. The chicken although supposed to be crispy was not, and had no taste! What used to be good mash potatoes and gravy taste like bad instant potatoes and the gravy tasted like the package gravy with water added. The biscuit was not the old delicious biscuit, it was not crispy or tasty at all. The cole slaw was really good, thank God. Even the drink was watered down. Scratching them off my place to eat.
