Great Place To Go Eat A Chicken Sandwich.
I placed an order online, waited a half hour before pick up. When i finally arrived order was never put together. Waited another 45 min. Store was busy, i get it. But by the time i got the food was cold and part was missing. I didnt even dare go back since it was busy and it was another 15 min Drive oneway. No one picks up the phone so i can follow up with them. So now im out the food and the money I spent. How do we resolve this?

Waited over an hour for food that wasn't good at all. The chicken was soggy and had gooey stuff under the skin🤮 I wished I hadn't placed the order online because of I paid in person I would have requested my money back. The staff's attitude left a lot to be desired as well. That was a sorry experience and I won't be going back there anytime soon. If I were the owner of the Stratford location I'd be absolutely embarrassed!

This bothers me leaving this review but.. this is the second time I ordered the 3 piece meal on uber eats too be clear. And they only gave me 2 pieces of chicken. I order the extra crispy does that mean you get one less piece of chicken. The first time I figured it was just a mistake but this is the second time. Are times that rough kfc that you have to skimp on the uber eats orders?. Let me be clear the chicken was good but they also gave me the wrong drink. My first order was refunded so no biggie but if I try to complain again uber might think I'm trying to scam them. So hence the reason for this review. Get it together kfc barnum ave. You just lost another customer.

Under new management again; not a good experience. Ordered online using my KFC rewards, applied promo & paid. I went to pick up, got home and missing the free 8 pc of chicken. Tried calling; never an answer. I drove back & spoke to the girl who gave me my order. The manager came over & in spanish asks her what the problem was. They conversed in spanish and I interrupted them to ask them if I could get my chicken. I was told it was an app issue & to call the number on the app. She told me she couldn't help me. I called the number, talked to 2 people a total of 20 minutes & got nowhere. I was told someone higher up would call me on Monday; nothing. I wrote to them in 4 different places; no replies either. What a ripoff and a bad experience.

This store, manhhh!!!
They should be trained before they start working in the store.
Their attitude is like they are serving free KFC's to people.
They make you wait for more than 15 minutes even if you did place the order hours ago.
This is not my first experience here, i have gone to this store thrice and experienced this always.

Extremely Disappointing Experience—Every Single Time
I've consistently had terrible experiences at this location. Even with scheduled pickup orders, there’s always a delay of at least 10–20 minutes. Most recently, I arrived at 9:45 PM for a 9:30 PM pickup, only to find the store already closed—despite the posted closing time of 10 PM on both the website and the store door.
I could see staff inside, but they ignored me completely when I knocked to get their attention. One employee in particular, wearing dark pink lipstick, was especially rude and dismissive. They wouldn’t even listen to what we had to say. To make matters worse, no one answered the phone when we tried calling the store for help.
Our order had already been paid for, and it was a frustrating ordeal trying to get the issue resolved after we got home. I noticed a flyer mentioning the store is under new management, but unfortunately, I’ve seen no improvement. This location was poorly run before, and it still is. Definitely the worst KFC experience I've had.

Horrible food horrible customer service mangers are very bad customer service
They messed up my order. I ordered the wrap combo. Gave me 2 pieces of chicken on bread... And replaced the mashed potatoe bites with chicken butes. I don't understand what is so hard to understand and order.

Just there and I was ordering and asking a question the male cashier was texting and priorized that vs answering my question or putting in my order . He was rude wouldn’t even look up. And I asked what box specials they had he finished scrolling then opening a text before pointing to the menu saying it’s there
I walked out bc I’m sorry I work hard for my money to spend it at an establishment where the cashier just openly scrolling and texting and can’t stop when a paying customer is there trying to order . I gave grace twice but me having to wait until your done for you to add the last thing I said . I said you know what never mind thank you.
