They totally overhauled and remodeled this McDonald's since the last time I had been here. It's nice inside and clean. No more people taking your order - you have to use the kiosk. You get an order number then they call it when you order is ready. They have a drive through here as well but I didn't use it but it looks like they upgraded that as well. Not bad for a McDonald's. Would definitely go again.

I order a bacon McDouble with no cheese. On the receipt it says no American cheese and they still put cheese. They do this every time I order. It’s like they don’t have eyes to read.

Worst McDonald's ever. They either lost my order after I waited twenty minutes for it or were so insanely slow. The printer was out of ink so I didn't know my order number. By the time I could get anyone to help me I had to go back to work. Spent ten bucks to stand in a gross mcdonalds.

It really seemed like I was bothering the staff when asking for some ketchup. I even asked if I was bothering him because it was so totally obvious he was bothered. Not sure this new crap at McDonald's is working. Less customer service...colder food...all downhill when your customers don't matter anymore.
I get it... minimum wage and working at 2am... but you know what.. nobody told you to be there... you did.. and I don't deserve your unkind, unprofessional and threatening service.
