I usually order on the mobile app & pick up @ Barnum Ave location in Stratford CT. Today I got to McD's & there were 3 cars in each line to order. There was no movement for a few minutes so I went around to the pickup window. I gave the woman my order #. I assume it was the manager who pushed pash her & said Why didn't you wait at the order kiosk? I told him about the lines & that I'd wait in the reserved area. He raised his voice & started going on & on about why didn't I wait in line and did I want to get my food cold? It seemed he was looking for a reason to chastise me which there were none. This location is a mile from my house so I go there 3-4 X/month. I've encountered rude employees frequently. This location needs to be visited frequently & figure out why their employees are do rude!!!

We need to discuss this new straw! iT SUCKS, i just purchased a ice coffee i was not able to stir the coffee after trying to stir the the coffee the straw bends and stays closed, then cant even drink out of it... WE NEED DO BETTER

Only one person working the cash register. The person messed up on my order for what I had and wouldn't give me the correct order and had a attitude. There were teenagers sitting at one table and they left a mess on the table and didn't clean up after themselves and moved to another table after leaving that table a mess. They had 2 employees on break who kept going into the kitchen and taking things and not paying for them. There was a long line and only one person working behind the counter who was doing his best to assist people by himself. They only had one person doing drive through orders and one person taking orders behind the counter inside the restaurant. The bathrooms were disgusting and dirty and smelled nasty. I don't recommend this place to anyone. This place needs help and needs more employees.
