Good food prices are a little high but that's inflation.theses
Delivered my food and everything I ordered wasn't there. I called back and they left me on hold. I hung up and called back to get told all my food was there when it wasn't. They tried to argue with me about it and lie about having my order complete. Mind you this is my first time ever ordering from them and definitely will be my last time. I let them know that as well before I was hung up on. Terrible customer service and greedy for money. I will never refer them for service

If I could rate this place for the worst customer service I would give them a r ZERO and No Stars.I called to place an order 1h15min before their menu stated they closed, I called twice before a woman answered the phone and yelled in a rude, disrespectful and nasty tone “stop calling you don’t have to keep calling over n over again we’re closed”. I was honestly taking back and applaud because I have never experienced anything like this from any restaurant before. I told her to relax and said you don’t have to be rude you menu said that you close at 10pm we all have bad days but no she continued “we want to go home n we closed do u get it”. I had about enough of at this point no worries I will never order here again!! little did she know that call was on speakerphone and she was heard by a few people we as a group of staff from Bridgeport Hospital orders from them occasional and when we do it’s usually over 100$ Plus each time and tip. We all agreed we will NEVER patronize your restaurant ever again!!! We were happy to take out business somewhere else that appreciates our business!!
