I've been to Parker a number of times, mostly for lunch with my customers. I came today (Sunday) to meet someone to watch a playoff game. It's always been a little on the high side for prices. But the food is decent. Today, I saw a bar menu that had no prices. I inquired about a couple of items and the server had to go to the register to get the prices. Husband and I went there tonight to try this one in Shelton.
I have been to the Parker, Steak & Scotch in Trumbull many, many times and nothing but wonderful experiences.
You can skip Shelton! For a non busy Tuesday night here is what we experienced:
-Waitress never told us her name
- She must have been new, she didn’t know the answers to our questions, she said she’d have to ask
- Very, very slow service
- Coffee delivered about 15, 20 minutes before...read full review
Our family (five adults and two kids) ate there last night, and I think the best meal was my 4 yo granddaughter's mac and cheese! I didn't even eat mine! Well, I did eat the side (sauted greens) which wasn't bad. I see why they are trying to transform into a sport's bar, but why not just improve the food?
