We used to go to PizzaCo every week for trivia and between food and drinks, would spend $150 per couple x 6 couples. I ordered food to go tonight and the meatballs and chicken were inedible. The meatballs were red inside and had a funky taste. The chicken was pink and squishy. I spent over $70 for food that I couldn't eat. I called the restaurant and was told that the manager wanted me to drive back to bring in the food. When I arrived, one of the take out hostesses took the food and broke out disposable utensils. He proceeded to cut open the food in front of me and in front of customers trying to pickup their to-go orders. The new manager came over and told me the food looked fine. I told her we wanted a refund for those two items (we kept the pizza and ravioli because it was somewhat edible and we were hungry). I've never been asked to bring back food to any restaurant, ever. It was humiliating to be shamed in front of other customers as they dissected our food and then denied us a refund. I will never be going back to this establishment and the new manager should be fired.

Super convenient! I was drinking at Area Two, and they provide FREE delivery straight to your table - which happens to be upstairs and to the back of the building. Couldn’t be happier! Was sizzling hot when it arrived, too! ??

My family and I went here for dinner tonight, and we LOVED it! The theme of an old-timey garage was so cute, and we looked around at all the decor the entire time we were there. Our waitress, Judy, did an EXCELLENT job taking our order and making our drinks. She was timely, professional, and friendly. She made my Endless Summer drink, which was gorgeous and tasty. We ordered the garlic knots as our appetizer, which were delicious. They were tiny, which was good so that we didn't fill up on them before the main course. Our pizzas were brought over on little oil cans, which we thought was adorable. I had the Drop Top pizza, which has salad on top of it. We all loved our meal. We will absolutely be coming back here!

Talk about a place with personality! This place is a one of kind in CT. It's a great pizza pie and drinks for brunch, lunch or dinner combined with an amazing atmosphere, convenient location across the street from one of Connecticut's most famous brewerys and a super cool staff! We enjoy everything about Pizza Co! 100% recommended!

Attempted to dine in as a family of 3. Not a single employee greeted us all we got was a jug of water with 3 cups from an employee who seemed like he wasn't having a good day. Waited and waited it wasn't until we decided to get up and leave due to lack of customer service that the male at the bar asked up if we were all set which made no sense. Very unsatisfied being that this place seemed like a good spot right across from the brewery where there was an event being held.

PizzaCo is an artisanal pizzeria that opened in Stratford, Connecticut in March 2017. It was founded by business partners Jordan Bochanis, Declan Mahar and Joel Faxon. They opened their pizzeria in a building on Stratford Avenue that was home to several gas stations over the years. The name 'PizzaCo' was chosen in reference to gas stations such as Texaco or Sunoco. Prior to opening, the partners worked closely with celebrity pizza chef and restaurateur Bruno DiFabio as a consultant. DiFabio owns multiple restaurants and pizzerias in New York and Connecticut as well as the Academy of Pizza Science. He created the pizza recipe as well as the menu for PizzaCo. The pizzas are baked on a rotating pizza stone in an oven made of bricks from the base of Mount Vesuvius in Italy. PizzaCo's owners consider their pies to be "garage-fired" pizzas. I recently rode my bicycle down to Stratford to visit Two Roads Brewing Company which is directly across the street from PizzaCo. It's a 30-mile trek from my house so I was very thirsty. After grabbing a flight, I was pretty hungry too so I walked across the street to grab lunch at the pizzeria. I absolutely love both the exterior and the interior of the place! It has a retro-gas station vibe and the whole place is decorated with vintage automobile and gas station memorabilia. I looked over the menu of their "Shop-Built" Pizzas which all sounded good. In addition to the pies, they also have "engine starters" (appetizers), "garage greens" (salads), desserts, craft cocktails, and an excellent selection of craft beer on draught. I decided to order the "Special of the Week": 'Shrimp Fra Diavolo' (Shrimp, Garage-Made Diavolo Sauce, Mozzarella, topped with Parmesan & Parsley). I was so happy with my decision! The combo between the shrimp and the sauce was perfect. The sauce had a nice amount of heat but it wasn't overwhelming. The crust was so crispy too. I wouldn't describe the pizza as New Haven-style nor Neapolitan-style. I would describe it as the Modern Artisanal-style that seems to be growing in popularity. It paired well with a draught pour of Maine Beer Company's "Little Whaleboat" IPA which had refreshing notes of grapefruit and mango. I had a wonderful experience at PizzaCo and look forward to returning!

We first went to Pizza Co for a children's birthday party, which all the kids LOVED making their own pizzas. Good pizza! We have been back and they also generously donated a prize for a fundraiser that we held for the Down Syndrome Association of Connecticut. We appreciate their support!

The pizza is awesome! Every bite. 4 stars because it's expensive! What looked like a medium Margherita pizza, canoli's(2) and 2 sodas was $30.40. I'll probably never come back here. Not enough food for the price.

This place was great! We stopped here on a road trip from NJ to RI and what a find! From the moment we walked in, the staff was super friendly. The atmosphere was really cute and where do I start with the pizza. So delicious! I only wish PizzaCo were closer but we plan to stop there next roadtrip to RI.

Got take out to take across the street to Two Roads. The staff was friendly and the pizza was excellent, nice and thin, crunchy crust, not burned and quick! From what I could see, place had a cool vibe if you were to sit down for pizza there. The pizzas could def be personal sizes, but because we had beer and snacks beforehand, split it with a friend and was full. I wish I had known about this place sooner!

Absolutely delicious New Haven style pizza without too much burnt taste to it. Sauce was flavorful and the pizza had the perfect amount of topping. A perfect end to the night. The nice gentleman taking orders at the front was quick to give us a recommendation, and honest. My friend acknowledged an allergy and inquired about it, and when he didn't know the answer, he offered to get it for us. We declined and got another pizza but the extra effort was noted.
